    gems

I don't agree on that. That would give Artisans too big an advantage on the market. All the zulie would go to Artisans cause everyone needs gems.
  2. Of course it tells a thing. Is says: Run away! This enemy is probably too hard for you.
  3. This newer clan system is already way better for clans, but still the memberlimit is way too low in my opinion. As far as i can understand from your guide you need to level up a specific skill to increase the memberlimit? Dunno what the memberlimits were in this newer system btw. What if those limits raise a bit more quickly to higher numbers? Like this: Clan Level [lvl] (updated): 30 members (default) 50 members 70 members 100 members 130 members 160 members 200 members 250 members 300 members
  4. That's what the colors of the mobnames are for.
  5. When playing with friends, buddies and other cool folks you find in the game and want to play together in one big clan it's kinda stupid that the game limits the amount of clan members. So the system of clan ranks to raise the member limit is kinda stupid. If wanna play with a lot of friends and buddies in a clan you should be able to. No more raising clan ranks to be able to invite more people. It's a totally unnessecary system. I suggest to do this instead: Set a fixed maximum limit of at least 256 clan members. More is better. Use Clan Ranks for something different. Maybe some Clan Perks, Clan Items can be unlocked by leveling up the Clan Rank. Clan Roles should not be limited as well. If you want everybody have a Clan Leader/Master role you should be able to. As long there is at least 1 Clan leader/master (no matter who) then it's fine. Encourage people to play together with removing ridiculous limitations.
  6. There is a good reason for not adding spaces in character names. Cause how would you approach a name with a space in it? If i whisper a character with a space inside its name, what would i need to type? What if there are two names that have same words/names in it? @Bobbity This is my message! @Bobbity Awesome This is my message! Which character gets what message? Does character Bobbity get the message Awesome This is my message or does Bobbity Awesome gets the message This is my message! To make it work better you could add quotes to the system to work with character names with spaces. In software development this is pretty normal to do when working with strings of text which has different kinds of symbols used. So for example: Double quotes @"Bobbity" This is my message! @"Bobbity Awesome" This is my message! or single quotes @'Bobbity' This is my message! @'Bobbity Awesome' This is my message! Adding quotes in doesn't make the system easier. It make it harder and people will probably forget to use quotes which is causing the system to fail. So you need another way to do this. There is a lot you can do. Even rebuilding the whole character naming/messaging/friend system. Those are the things to think about, cause you are literally changing a system that has been in ROSE since the beginning.
  7. I welcome an improvement of the Repair Hammer that is already in the game.
  8. Let me start. I would do the following: Each planet is one big continent. No longer seperate zones, but you can travel seamlessly from one zone to another. Each zone would be much bigger to have a better immersiveness of each zone. The main story questline guides the player through the zones instead of being sent on a wild goose chase. Of course according to modern times the graphics/game engine/etc.. will be greatly improved without losing the charm of ROSE.
  9. What if you could rebuild ROSE Online from the ground up today, what would you change? What would you do different to make ROSE Online match modern days? To smooth out the wrinkles that you find that needs improving. It can be anything you think of. This topic is not suggestive for the devteam, but can act as a moodboard from the community to the devteam to improve the game.
  10. I believe that farming Union Points can be much more interesting then it is now. So i'm calling Union Seasons as a new idea. A Union Season lasts 2-4 months. Upon the start of new Union Season you start at Union Fame level 1. You can do on a daily basis tasks for your union. These tasks involves: Doing a variety of Union Quests, like: Fetch quests (Get X from/to Y) Kill quests (Kill/collect X amount of Y) Invasion quests (Protect X from Y within Z amount of time). Withstand wave after wave of enemies. Do two randomly selected quests each day. The quests you get always matches with your level. Union War. Battle with your Union against an opposing Union. Buyout or Zulie donation to Union. For a X (high) amount of zulie you buy an item or donate to your Union. Note: This can be a nice money sink too. Each completed task rewards you with Union EXP. You need Union EXP to level up your Union Fame. For example like the EXP for the Fame Path in Fall Guys. See image below. Each level up rewards you with Union Points. Some levels rewards you with an item instead of Union Points. Some of these items are unique to the union, season or both. Some items can be obtained only once and won't return. The higher your Union Fame level the more exclusive the potential item will be. Maximum Union Fame level is 50. Can you get to Union Fame level 50 before the season is over? Like before you can spend your Union Points in the Union Shop. Fall Guys uses this Fame Path for example
  11. Maybe you should be able to unlock second vehicle slots with a newly designed quest. Like a followup quest on the driving quest.
  12. I'm not seeing the point of having a 3rd class as long they do not branch it off again into two classes for each 2nd job.
  13. Every class should be able to craft something unique to their class to have something to play with on the market. But.. we don't want to make Artisans useless either. So here is an idea where each class can craft something to sell on the market. Soldier: As skilled fighters they can train those capsule pets, which fights with you for a short time, into stronger versions and longer durations. Because these things are still a consumable it will be an ongoing business for Soldiers. Hawker: As adventurer's Hawkers know every square inch of a map. Hawker's can craft Teleport Scrolls of every map in the game. Some of these aren't even for sale at the scroll vendors, so Hawkers will have an ongoing business with this. Muse: As the magic wielders of the game Muses surely knows their magic. They can craft enchantments to put on weapons. As these enchantments wears off after some time Muses have an ongoing business with these. Dealer: Beside the fact Dealers are already the crafty guys in the game there is something they only can craft. Dealers can craft Armor Kits to temporarily make armor better. As these Armor Kits wears off after some time Dealers have an extra addition to their marketgame with these. Edit: The Soldier and Dealer idea could be swapped if that is better.
  14. I find the jROSE version even worse then the evolution one. That whole map feels so cramped. Doesn't give me the feeling of going on a adventure at all. And layout is confusing too. The southern half of that map is pretty useless too besides of the Goblin Cave entrance.
  15. Thanks Garnet! And which version of Adventurer's Plains are you going for?
  16. And what if you're character is stuck. A simple 'Save Town' feature would be a good solution for that.
  17. Other option is to adjust all armor pieces to act as a second texture layer on the naked body. So in the texture of the armor the skin part will be transparent. I dunno if it's doable however.
  18. I think i would go for a solution that is close to how ROSE's droprates work and that there is always a chance to drop from a monster. Based on the monster diffilculty levels there will be an increase or a decrease on the default drop chance. So for example: Purple: Extremely hard. Increased drop chance of 125%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 12.5% on this difficulty. Red: Very hard. Increased drop chance of 115%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 11.5% on this difficulty. Orange: Moderate/hard. Increased drop chance of 105%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 10.5% on this difficulty. Yellow: Default difficulty. Drop chance of 100% = normal. Green: Easy. Drop chance is 80%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 8% on this difficulty. Blue: Weak. Decreased drop chance of 65%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 6.5% on this difficulty. White: Very weak. Decreased drop chance of 50%. If normally an item's drop chance is 10%, then it's 5% on this difficulty.
  19. There is well working solution for using the treehouse and not have to worry about having enough seats. I mean, the solution of jRose is kinda lame. So i photoshopped a better one. It's the old idea of having a character list combined with the treehouse displayed in a modern way. There is also room for the publisher for displaying important news and stuff.
  20. What about this one? It's not from gravity, but still cool. This was the winner of a video contest on PhRose back then. Anyone remember this one. I certainly remember this. Such good vibes.
  21. I didn't know that. I played naRose in very early beginning after iRose. But I kinda liked doing those quests actually.
  22. Thanks. I couldn't remember anymore. Too long ago. Don't know where the 4th came from.
  23. I think the leveling process on the early levels are too quick. When i start playing i skip mostly Luxem Valley AND Breezy Hills. So i would change the first job required level to be raised to level 15 instead of level 10. Yes, i know this will be a big change, but it's for the better. And then i would change job quest so they involve questing in Breezy Hills instead. So Dealer no longer goes back to Adventurer's Plains to fetch some materials from Seyon, but are going to Belz in Breezy Hills instead. Hawker's no longer fight Choropy's for Crystal Dew, but fight Pomics for Crystal Dew instead. Muse are still fighting Flanea's, but this time the Flanea's in Breezy Hills. Soldier are no longer collecting Honeybee Stingers, but are now gathering Hornet Stingers instead.
  24. Or even better. We should be able to swim in water instead of walking. New animations has to be made though.
