That tooltip is definitely misleading and incorrect now. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

That event is turned on manually and it got turned off with todays patch.  I think the plan is to turn it on again but remember, you can just save them for next year too

Insane cooldown of bourg skills is ridiculous i do get that the Packed Power should help with this but it is definitely not well thought through in my opinion, also the skill Cannonier's Panic which gives you added m-spd really does not make sense if the max lvl only lasts for 5sec and you have the windstep skill which give you 300m-spd when activated to run away. This should be an arti skill (Cannonier's Panic) for its lack of damage and survivability. This is also true for (Excitable Trigger Finger) which would be more beneficial for bourg's than artisan. Launcher Smash added effect should also change from m-spd down to a stun effect.

Bourg gun skill tree should also be available for artisans or should be transfered to the artisan class as it is much more beneficial as well. I remeber asking for weeks on end on discord(supporter chat) and in my clan where i can get the skill book (Weapon Augment) and no one responded well someone said HoO might drop it but only until i leveled a bourg i found out its in its skill tree, yet the skillbook says gun but not specifying that it is a bourg skill only.

Crafting - Honestly i do not have a really good solution for this conundrum as i feel it is not beneficial at all to artisan's if they can craft items,armor,weapons for the next level but the success rate is really low so you can't use it or craft an item i.e you are lvl155 and want to craft a new lvl160 set of armor or weapon but you craft it or the amount of materials you can't find or a low drop rate for the materials. So in that regard it will be a waste of time and effort.

Perhaps crafting materials with higher quality mats would improve this scenario to increase the success rate but will take a hit on added sub stats due to insufficient expertise.

The team is in the process of reviewing all of the job classes with the goal of balancing but also tweaking and improving skills and dealers definitely need a lot of love.  Crafting is especially brutal because a crafter can't make anything they can use themselves until they are max level. The team is aware of the problems with the crafting system.

As for the unique skill problem you mentioned, I made this topic about a month ago to help clear up some of the unique skill confusion.  As we review each job class, we will be adjusting descriptions on many skills to make them easier to understand.  

It's all tied together and it will take time, but we're working on improving and balancing the job classes. 

[Item Mall Update January 2024]

It's a brand new year!  Looking forward to continuing our ROSE journey together in 2024.!

The Winter Festival will begin on Jan 7.  To attend the festival in style, we have an assortment of winter-themed costumes but first, some exciting Item Mall news!  Beginning this month, the Golden Sun Costume Weapons will be in the Item Mall permanently!  These beautiful weapons are the work of our very own  @HugeMalaka.   You'll find them in the FEATURED TAB this month as well as in their respective WEAPONS Tabs from now on. 

We are also introducing some new wings this month, thanks to our talented team member, @Sneaux. The Orpe Wings will be rotated into the Item Mall on a month to month basis.

And here is some BIG game news: Recreational offhand items can now be used with a shield or magic tool equipped on the avatar!! There are a ton of cute event offhands as well as some fun offhands in the Item Mall from time to time.  Now you will be able to use those with to really dress up your characters. 


The items that will only be in the Item Mall for the current month are now on the FEATURED TAB. They will also be in their respective tabs (Specials > Seasonal for the event themed offerings and Equipment > Specials for the non-themed items). Now you can just check to see what’s new each month as soon as you open the Item Mall Window (Alt + B) .

 

WEAPONS
As mentioned above, this month  we are introducing the new Golden Sun Costume Weapons.  Besides the usual weapons and shield, there is also a Golden Sun Magic Tool AND a Costume Crafting Tool! We've added a Dark Oblivion version of both as well.  It's difficult to see how the weapons look with the current preview window, so check in the spoiler below to see the weapons equipped.

NOTE: The female model's weapons and offhands are all refined (1). The weapons and crafting mallets have Citrine Marquis [13].  The offhands have Braunite Trilliant [13] to show gem placement. 

Both models are wearing Festival Worker's Jacket (Equipment > Body) and Yellow Rubber Boots (Equipment > Masks page 3/3 ).

BASIC ITEM MALL INFORMATION

-Item Mall storage is free (no zulie cost) and unlimited. When you place an item into this storage, the next storage page appears.  You will never run out of room for your Item Mall costumes. You can also place utility items like Shop Looks, Saturunes or Glow Painters into Item Mall storage.

-Preview is an easy way to see how costumes will look on your character.  Click on the Preview tab on the side of the Item Mall Window

-Then click on any wearable item in the IM.  You can move freely between the tabs and create your own unique look.  The circular arrows on either side will turn your character around so you can see the back and sides as well as the front view. Press the “reset” button to remove items so you can start again fresh.

 

-Refining Item Mall costumes does not cost zulie and your success is guaranteed but refine levels can NOT be removed.  So please take a moment to try on your costume after each refine level and make sure you are happy with the glow.

Hi and welcome! Muse class does not have every buff anymore. Instead, all four job classes each have buffs that can be shared in a party or a group.  No skill books are needed for buffs. You will fins them on the Common Skill tab in the skill window. 

It sounds like it may have been awhile since you last played ROSE.  Take a look at this topic for an overview of most of the differences between iROSE and Evo.  There are also links to other guides on features that you might not be familiar with.

Each arm of Birth Island is slightly different and those ss were from the max level section. Try walking slowly around the shoreline of the part of the island that you are on.  Keep the Metal Detector on your skill bar and watch the system chat for the message that the detector is beeping. Then check every inch of that area until you find it.

Restarting your computer will usually fix this problem. If that fails, go to the Rose Installation Folder and delete the updater folder, then let the launcher patch again.

You can redeem your first one for a permanent Bulldog Mount if you are level 200 or higher and have the Vizier’s Key passive and the Fate passive. Double click on the bone then talk to [Mechanic’s Dog] Chopper. Any other bones can be redeemed for zulie or experience by talking to [Mechanic] Kriento. You will find him next to storage in Muris. 

If you don't have the Vizier's Key passive, kill Golden Scarabs around the pyramid on Golden Ring map until you find a Pharaoh's Key in your consumable tab. Take that key to the queen in Muris.

I don't think I've seen many players talk about a dex soldier but dex does add attack power to some soldier weapons.  We have unlimited free stat and skill resets so just experiment a little with dex and various weapons and see how it feels to you.

The accessories are account bound when equipped.

The Scuba Moldie summon skill doesn't take any skill points to activate, That happens automatically when you buy it from the fairy. The skill will be in the Item Mall 1 ttab, not in the Unique tab.
