It's not that simple because the crafter's level and the item grade level are also factors.

You need to complete all of the quests from all three NPC's in Anima Lake. When you complete Edone's Grunter quests and the gorilla one, he gives you the last two parts of the set.

I see from the time stamp that you posted this before the server was restarted to fix Sikuku Ruins. You should be able to log in now,

Check to see if something is blocking the game from your end. Add trose to the exception list of your antivirus and firewall. I've heard of some cases where an ISP blocks some of the connections that the game uses so that's also a possibility.
I have Windows 11 too and I've never had this issue.

Rose requires Windows 10 x64 v 1607 or higher; Home or Pro only. Usually you get stuck at "waiting" when you are using a lower version of Windows

You can authorize as many computers as you want. Just follow the steps outlined in This topic the first time you are using a different device.

We have two events this month. The Ballroom Event runs until May15 and the Graduation Event is May 17 – May 31. Of course, we have costumes that fit the themes of both of the automatic ingame events, but we also have some big news! This month we have 5 Faith costumes including the Priest Set! If you missed it when it was in the Item Mall in December, now is your chance to grab this iconic set.
The items that will only be in the Item Mall for the current month or season are now on the FEATURED TAB. They will also be in their respective tabs (Specials > Seasonal for the event themed offerings and Equipment > Specials for the non-themed items). You can check to see what’s new each month as soon as you open the Item Mall Window (Alt + B).

BASIC ITEM MALL INFORMATION
-Item Mall storage is free (no zulie cost) and unlimited. When you place an item into this storage, the next storage page appears. You will never run out of room for your Item Mall costumes. You can also place utility items like Shop Looks, Saturunes or Glow Painters into Item Mall storage.
-Preview is an easy way to see how costumes will look on your character. Click on the Preview tab on the side of the Item Mall Window
-Then click on any wearable item in the IM. You can move freely between the tabs and create your own unique look. The circular arrows on either side will turn your character around so you can see the back and sides as well as the front view. Press the “reset” button to remove items so you can start again fresh.
-Refining Item Mall costumes does not cost zulie and your success is guaranteed but refine levels can NOT be removed. So please take a moment to try on your costume after each refine level and make sure you are happy with the glow.Happy Shopping, Roserians!

Generally quests are a good way to go but not necessarily (or only) the Episode Quest. Following the tutorial quests starting in Adv Plains all the way to Junon will reward you with some job specific weapons and armor. Repeatable quests reward with experience and since you have to kill mobs to level anyway, it makes sense to take quests for those same monsters. Valor quests are also an option to earn exp as well as valor points

What is their niche these days? Feels a waste to have a Cleric just to heal and buff stats that physical classes don't even need.
What class even benefits from having a cleric in the party, is it just Mage? Do stacks of food just straight up replace a same-level cleric in most parties?
It's a reasonably good ranged attacker, but Bourg is better. Bourg is also a better summoner. Is a Cleric just a worse Bourg with no refining?
I've only been playing the new game for a day or so, so I really don't know. Maybe I'm way off base.
I think it depends on the situation. We have free and unlimited stat and skill resets, so you can set yourself for support when in a party, and for solo fighting when you are not in a party. Support is still very important. Muse class is the only one with heals and bonfires.
Battle clerics are some of the strongest fighters in the game. Take a look at some of the guides in this section . Since it sounds like you have played ROSE before, you might find this topic helpful. The new security measure mentioned here was implemented a couple of hours ago. Follow the instructions in the link so you can authorize your machine, then you will be able to log in and play like normal.

To add to what Zurn said- the Episode Quest is full of bugs and glitches and before we even think about extending the questline, all of that will have to be changed/fixed. It's definitely on our to-do list but this team, tho dedicated, is small and there are many other priorities right now.
