To do the quest for the bow, yes. To try to find the Pork Fiend you need to be able to travel to Orlo (180 - 200).
But the Magic Heart Candies drop on all of the planets. They can be used to get a couple of nice event items as well as ammo and other event things. They can also be sold to other players. I saved mine from last year when I was too low level and I was able to get the Heart Frame Glasses for my support cleric as soon as the event started today.-

It's not really a quest. The only two items you can get from him in trade are Ardemia's Grace Wings or Hecado's Wings if you have one of the following in your inventory-Dread Pipe, Doctor’s Backarms, Asper Charm, or Snapper Shell
It's possible that you may have to farm for those items yourself. It's also possible that this function is not working. I'll add it to our issue tracker and test it when I can. -
Restarting your computer will usually fix this problem. If that fails, go to the Rose Installation Folder and delete the updater folder, then let the launcher patch again.

Edone in Anima Lake sends you to talk to Winters after you complete the questline in Anima (the quests that reward you with the armor that has experience stats). Winters will give you that quest so you can prove yourself before he sends you to talk to the other NPC's in the city. Be sure that you don't have more than 8 open quests.

Hi! Which Windows version do you use and is it up to date? ROSE requires Windows 10 x64 v 1607 or higher; Home or Pro only. Also make sure that trose and rose-updater are exceptions in your firewall and anti virus programs.

Muse class is still the only class that can heal, but as you said, it's no longer necessary to level with a cleric. Bourg and cleric is a good combination if you do decide to dual client but you can definitely solo too.

Nope. Do you remember the last NPC you talked to or the name of the last part of the quest that you did? Sounds like you may have missed one of those fairy bell messages.
Take a look at this topic and see if you can figure out which part you were on. It's also important that you not have more than 8 open quests because some parts of the Hero Quest require two slots.

February is known as the Month of Love and love is in the air in ROSE. The Valentine Event will start on Feb 10 and in the Item Mall, we have some lovely (pun intended) heart-inspired items to get you into the right mood.
Chinese New Year begins on Feb 10. This month we also have costumes for a few lesser-known holidays.
The items that will only be in the Item Mall for the current month are now on the FEATURED TAB. They will also be in their respective tabs (Specials > Seasonal for the event themed offerings and Equipment > Specials for the non-themed items). Now you can check to see what’s new each month as soon as you open the Item Mall Window (Alt + B).
Some exciting news- we have a mount in the Item Mall this month! This guy will be familiar to those of you that have been to Orlo during the Valentine Event. The Pinkheart Pork-Fiend Mount is one of those mounts that you ride inside of rather than on top of. It kind of hovers up and down when you are not moving. It has 1500 base movement speed like the other mounts. Since preview does not work on mounts, here is a ss of how this one looks in the game.
We also have three event themed costume weapons. Heartbreaker Wand is an old favorite. You'll kill them with love when you equip this on the costume tab. The female model's weapons have a Citrine Marquise [13] to show gem placement. Both models are wearing Festival Worker's Jacket (Equipment > Body) and Yellow Rubber Boots (Equipment > Masks).

BASIC ITEM MALL INFORMATION
-Item Mall storage is free (no zulie cost) and unlimited. When you place an item into this storage, the next storage page appears. You will never run out of room for your Item Mall costumes. You can also place utility items like Shop Looks, Saturunes or Glow Painters into Item Mall storage.
-Preview is an easy way to see how costumes will look on your character. Click on the Preview tab on the side of the Item Mall Window
-Then click on any wearable item in the IM. You can move freely between the tabs and create your own unique look. The circular arrows on either side will turn your character around so you can see the back and sides as well as the front view. Press the “reset” button to remove items so you can start again fresh.
-Refining Item Mall costumes does not cost zulie and your success is guaranteed but refine levels can NOT be removed. So please take a moment to try on your costume after each refine level and make sure you are happy with the glow.

I'm mostly just wondering, how active is this game? I remember there used to be parties for AOE leveling all around, will this still be possible at low level? I can imagine most players playing are maxed right now, will I be leveling solo all the time?
Can I AOE solo, or is that too much to manage?
Is Junon Polis still filled with 1000's of player shops?

One nice, and fairly important, thing to remember is that we have unlimited, free stat and skill resets. So if you don't like your stats or the skills you chose, you can change it anytime. I think this is especially handy for the muse class. When you are playing solo, you can set yourself up for defense. When you're in a party, you can switch to a more full support build.
It sounds like it might have been several years since you last played ROSE. This topic might be useful to help you see at a glance what has changed. There are links to other guides on features that might not be familiar to you . We also have a Discord server, if you were not aware. I'm usually around on Discord so feel free to message me anytime.

In iROSE the second job was at level 70 but the level cap was 210. There is no first job quest now, and the second job quest is much easier because of the Supreme monsters. Second job quest is at level 100 now but the level cap is 250.
Clerics do still have buffs. The difference is that now is that instead of muse class being the only one with buffs, every job class has buffs and those buffs are shared in a party or group. You don't have to feel forced to make a cleric in order to level. Even muses can solo level if they want to.
We have free and unlimited stat and skill resets, so you can experiment with your build and find what works best for you. We also have a lot of unique features like moving substats and elements and there will be more features added in the future.
Change can be difficult for some, but if you approach it with an open mind, you might be surprised at how much you enjoy the changes.-

Ohh ok. That's a quest from the Easter Event. Not sure if you can complete it now but go back to the Mayor in Junon Polis when you have all of the quest proofs. He should send you to Mildun for your Pig Balloon.

Which quest do you mean? The quest to get Hiria's Tear starts with the queen in Muris and you only have to kill 6 kings on Orlo. You would want to have the quest before you start killing so the kills will count.
