Please use this thread to sign-up for the Summer 2023 Clan vs. Clan event (Read the thread first if you haven’t already! Rules are listed there!) ONLY the Clan Master or Deputy Master may post with this information. All other posts will be removed. 

In your post, include the following: 

Name of clan, your clan position, and all players (and their jobs) that will be participating. Remember, the limit is 8 players per clan. No more, no less! Substitutions are allowed in the event another player cannot make it.

Greetings everyone, 

The results are in! I'd first like to thank everyone for their patience. We had a lot happen from the first announcement to now and we sincerely apologize for making everyone wait, but it was necessary from a previous update and wanting to make the event possible. 

To start off, I'd like to restate that the event will be held on 29 & 30 July (Sat/Sun) and 5 & 6 August (Sat/Sun). Both weekends will be from 8AM EST/1PM GMT to 12PM EST/5PM GMT for a period of 4 hours. 

The Matches: The matches will be conducted in a "World Cup" format. There are going to be a total of 4 groups (A, B, C, and D). Each group will have 4 clans and these clans will face off each other in order to proceed to the final round. The top 2 clans in each group will be advancing to the final stage of the event, while the remaining 2 clans will be disqualified from proceeding further. Each group will have the opportunity to participate sooner than other groups, depending on if their members are ready before other groups. If more moderators become available, multiple matches can occur at the same time to speed up the matches. We understand people will be in different time zones, so we will try to be as accommodating as possible. 

Each match will have a stream available from the staff. The site we have used in order to set up the groups does allow for each clan to have their own point of views for streaming purposes. If your clan has member(s) willing to stream (they have to be in the match) then we can advertise that players streaming platform for people to view. 

Read below for the match rules:

• Matches will be set for 3 minutes each.
• During this time, players have to kill the opposing team entirely in order to win the match.
• If neither team has been wiped, then once the 3 minutes is up, the team with the most amount of player kills are the winners. 
• If both teams have the same amount of players that are killed, then the team with the most players alive are the winners. 
• If neither team is capable of killing one another, then the match will be considered a draw. 

We are in the final stages of creating the brackets. We have to confirm with all of the clans on whether or not they're going to continue to participate or if they are going to remove themselves for any reasons. So with this in mind, please send @Drezynita message either here on the forums, or on Discord. Hello Everyone!
Here are the brackets for the Rose Online Summer 2023 Clan vs Clan Event.

All participating clans should be waiting on the beach in Adventurer’s Plains on 29 & 30 July (Sat/Sun) 8AM EST/1PM GMT.  We will be teleporting the participants to different maps so it’s important that the teams are ready on time.

The matchups are in no particular order, and there might be some last-minute changes as the event progresses. We will be in close touch with a representative from each of the participating clans regarding this. 

Each clan will have at least 6 matches; larger groups will have 9.  Only the TOP two clans of each group will advance.
