Now some instructions on how to use this guide easily! This guide uses Links to take you to the parts of the overall quest, which means if you want to get to the end quickly scroll to the last link and click it, and the page will drop to that quest for you. You can start by talking to [Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis The Canyon City of Zant After talking to[Junon Order Co-Founder] Francis, you learn that Keenu, Lena and Cornell have lost relatives lately. Back to the Table of Contents Lost Children Lost Children Index Talk to Cornell, Lena, or Kennu Talk to Lampa Talk to Cheney, Shirley, or Arisa Talk to Cornell, Lena, or Kennu Rewards Quest Map Next Quest - Soul Crystal You are asked to go talk to either [Village Chief] Cornell, [Guide] Lena, or [Designer] Keenu to see what they can tell you about the disappearing children. After talking to one of them, they will direct you to [Livestock Farmer] Lampa who has seen something after the Children disappeared. Lampa says he has seen a man in a red robe carrying something out of the village, and suggests looking around the outskirts of the City for clues. Upon talking to the Child you chose, they will explain what happened to them, then turn into a Bersek and start fighting you, you will have to fight them. Quest item, Soul Crystal is dropped when you defeat the Berserk Child. Return to Cornell, Lena, or Keenu (the one you picked) and tell them the bad news. The news shocks them and they break down. [Arumic Merchant] Tryteh is a magic user, so go consult her on this matter.Tryteh says she isn't sure, she'll try a potion but needs some ingredients. HoneyBee Wing Powder Mini Bee Stingers Woopie Fangs Tryteh has the basic ingredients stirred in and will finish brewing the potion.Talk to Tryteh again to continue. Tryteh says her magic and the magic of the Arumics might not be enough to save the kids, the kids are gone for all eternity! We'll miss you brave children! Someday we might learn how magic works and save you.Cornell, Lena, or Keenu the bad news, and wish them good luck since we never speak to them again during this quest. Back to the Table of Contents Dreadful Epidemic Dreadful Epidemic Index Talk to Seyon Search the area around the stump Talk to Myad Talk to Karitte Rewards Quest Map Healing Hands [Old Man] Myad thinks that [Ferrell Guild Staff] Seyon might know more about the epidemic, so go talk to him. Seyon says he saw the Red Robed man near the Mushrooms to the South, so go check it out!When you get there as you walk to the Stump that Mushrooms are growing off of, you get a pop up message saying you have found something. You dig with your hands and find an Enigmatic Emblem - Take the Enigmatic Emblem to Myad and see if he knows what it means.Myad thinks the Red Robed man was a Sorcerer, and sends you to [Cleric] Karitte since she studied healing and sorcery, for more information about the emblem. Back to the Table of Contents Healing Hands Healing Hands Index Collect Elder Pumpkin seeds Take seeds to Karitte Place Soil of Purification Talk to Pony and Ronk Talk to Myad Rewards Quest Map Info From Arua's Fairy (2) Karitte identifies the emblem as the Diagram from page 128 in Volume 3 of the Dreadful Book. You have no idea what this means. She explains it has to do with magic that will decompose things, which sounds bad...right? She explains further that there needs to be a potion to cure the ones affected by this magic, and to purify the soil around the mushrooms or the area and ones affected will die.You will need to fight Elder Pumpkins to get the seeds. - Pumpkin Seeds Once you get all 10 return to Karitte so she can brew the potion. You have 30 minutes to complete this part. Remember you have to do this in order! - Soil of Purification - Antidotes The soil of Purification should be in the same spot as the Emblem was found, the mushrooms growing out of the stump. Now talk to Myad to find out what to do with the Antidotes quickly before the time runs out! Myad says that Ronk and Pony need the antidotes, so hurry and give it to them and come back to Myad. Myad asks if they could rely on you if anything else happens to endanger the village later on, you agree to help of course. You get a present too!Rewards Adventurer's Hat - Adventurer's Jeans - Adventurer's Gloves - Adventurer's Shoes - Failing the timed part results in Myad finishing it for you, you lose the Adventurer's Set but you still get the Experience, and Zulie but you get a Polished Ring instead. Talk to Karitte Seek out Myad Look around the Mushrooms once more Take the Necklace to Myad Rewards Quest Map The Enigmatic Ikaness Sharlin tells you about seeing a group of Red Robed Men near Luth's house. After leaving Luth's house they seemed to be heading towards the Valley of Luxem Tower, Karitte lives there so maybe she saw where they went.Karitte tells you that she saw the Red Robed Man down by the Pomics doing something.After fighting a few Pomics, roughly 10, you get a Red Paper. Red Paper - Since you can't read magic mumbo jumbo you seek the aid of Karitte once more. Turns out it isn't Magic words, it's just the Lunar Language, which you can't read either! Karitte translates what it says, seems Herune gave orders to test a drug out, what could it have been? Karitte says you need to take out the infected Pomics before they become dangerous! You should know which ones they are after you learn their ways and become one with the Pomics~You return to the same Pomics to remove the Infected Pomics from the bunch, remember you are an Ant, be one with the Ant People! 6 Infected Pomic Proofs Now that you have betrayed your new family your only option it to return to Karitte and tell her you have done the deed. Karitte thinks Myad might know more about Herune, or what to do now.Myad seems to know the name Herune like an old lover, He seems to think that Herune might have left something near the Mushrooms for him, you better go get it for him while he's all emotional.Well what do you know, you find a Necklace in the bushes behind the Mushrooms! Guess you should probably go see what Myad can make of this. Symbolic Necklace - Seems like Myad remembers the Necklace well, like an old memory... Seems like it's the Symbol of the Ikaness, but he is confused as to Herunes relationship with them. History Lesson! Ikaness was once a Threat to the Junon Order, but now there are few remaining members, but that is all Myad knows. Talk to Peron for a free ride to Junon. Delivery for Mairard! Talk to Itz for a free trip to Adventurer's Plains. Reward Quest Map Unforeseen Resolution Mairard gives you a short history about the Ikaness and the Junon Order, and asks you to deliver a letter to Gorthein in Junon Polis. Letter to Gorthein - Mairard will let Peron know you are delivering something for him and you get free passage to Junon Polis.Gorthein reads the letter and says he will alert the Junon Order and Akram Kingdom about the Ikaness. He gives you a small wooden box to take back to Mairard by way of Itz. Small Wooden Box - Mairard asks if you delivered the message to Gorthein, and asks if you have anything for him. The Small Wooden Box seems to contain your reward for a job well done! Back to the Table of Contents Unforeseen Resolution Requires level 15 minimum Unforeseen Resolution Unforeseen Resolution Index Arua's Fairy Talk to Francis Quest Map Junon’s Holy Staff !If you don't get the bell, log out completely for a while and come back later! Arua’s Fairy tells you to head to The Canyon City of Zant and talk to Francis to see if he has any ideas to help Arua descend to meet you. Francis can’t help with his limited power, he needs you to get the missing Artifact the Junon’s Holy Staff. He doesn’t know where it is though, so you get sent to Belz in Breezy Hills. Back to the Table of Contents Junon's Holy Staff Junon's Holy Staff Index Talk to Belz Gather the Broken Staff Gather the Broken Crystal Return the Broken Staff to Francis Take the Broken Staff to Punwell for repairs Gather Sticky Liquid for the repairs Take the newly repaired Holy Staff to Francis Reward Quest Map Holy Scissors and the Thread of Destiny Belz says he heard the Beetle and Pomic Fighters were tossing the staff back and forth last he heard so we start with them!You recover the staff from the Pomic Fighters in Breezy Hills, but you still need the Crystal to go in it. The Beetles in El Verloon Desert stick close to the Watery Ruins so you should check it out. You now have both pieces of the staff, return to Francis to get the Thread and Scissors!Francis tells you in its current form it's worthless, you need to get it fixed and Punwell is the only one who can do it. Time to go talk to the friendly local Bear!Punwell says you need to gather 10 Sticky Liquid for him to repair the staff, you can find sticky liquid in Beetle Fighters. - Sticky Liquid Punwell fixes the staff and you are on your way back to Francis to help Arua once again! Lina the Jewel of the Desert New Hope! The Art of the Deal Reward Quest Map The Descent of the Goddess You give Francis the Staff and he can finally make the Holy Scissors and the Thread of Destiny, but he needs materials now and you kindly offer your services once more.You can get the Blessed Iron Ore from Honey Rackies in El Verloon Desert near the little village on the hill. Queen Honey Bee Workers will drop the Crown Gems, they can be found near the Entrance to Anima Lake. After acquiring 4 Crown Gems you can’t find anymore, so you head back to Francis to see what you can do now.Francis thinks that Lina might have some knowledge about the fifth Crown Gem so go talk to her.Lina tells you that some of the red robed men were talking to the Queen Honey Bee, yes that's right, Talking. Chances are they swiped the Crown Gem for themselves so now what? Talk to Methio he might have a spare one you can have!Methio does have one left! Sadly he is keeping it for his Girl Friend, you plea with him and he makes a deal. 1,000 Zulie for the Crown Gem and it's yours. The Goddess Rewards Quest Map The Truth to the Rumors Francis can finally make the Holy Scissors and the Thread of Destiny for you to meet the Goddess Arua! You are told by Arua’s Fairy to go to Trainers Village and hike up the hill behind it to meet the Goddess Arua, but when you get there it isn't the Goddess you meet. Something smells fishy here!You see Melendino there at the edge of the hill waiting, you talk to her and she demands the Scissors and thread and gives you a little information about herself. You try to tell her she has it wrong and it is Arua that is the good one and Hebarn is the evil one, but she won't listen. She gets angry and starts fighting you. She will drop some Red Paper when you defeat her. Karitte translates the Red Paper and tells you it says to eliminate the town of Zant, you tell her Melendino won’t be a problem since you defeated her. Karitte then asks if you really are going to meet with the Goddess Arua, and asks if you would have Arua bless Junon. You tell Karitte that Arua would do that either way since she cares for all of Junon and that Zant will be safe no matter what. Arua’s Fairy contacts you again asking if you had trouble getting in touch with Arua, you tell the Fairy that it was due to this that you could find out a plan to eliminate Zant. The Fairy asks if you took care of the problem and you wonder how she would know. Turns out the Fairy is a creeper but it’s all cool.Arua’s Fairy tells you Arua is waiting near Huey’s Wagons close to a Waterfall. You head over there right away. The Truth to the Rumors The Truth to the Rumors Index Arua’s Fairy strikes again~ Ask Lena the hard questions Is Karitte really a traitor? Who’s Luth and what does he know? See it can only be Karitte! Rewards Quest Map Hourglass of Purification Arua’s Fairy shows herself and asks if you met Arua, you gush with your mushy feelings. She begins telling you that the Red Paper incident from before might not be over even with Melendino defeated. She thinks you should ask Lena if she knows anything. Lena is freaking out saying Zant is about to be corrupted with dark force! Lena says people are getting corrupted and the wildlife was turning into monsters, Lena thinks it has to be Karrite from the Tower. You defend her by saying Karrite helped with the Antidote to stop the Epidemic. Lena counters with Karrite being the only person with enough magical energy to summon such a dark force. You find it hard to believe such a sweet young lady would do such a thing and decide to go find out. You run over to Luxem Tower and talk to Karrite, she is as sweet as always asking how you are doing and mentioning how nice it is to see you again. It breaks your heart to ask Karrite if she is evil, and summoning the dark force to Zant. Karrite says no way, and she has actually been investigating herself! So far Karrite has found out that the Origin is actually from inside the Tower itself, and that Lutis has said that someone has intentionally operated the Hourglass of Purification to spread the dark force. Karrite suggests that the Troublemaker of Zant, Luth, might have something to do with this, go check it out! When you go talk to Luth he is talking to himself asking why bad things always happen to him. He is a cat with too much curiosity for his own good. You ask Luth is he has anything to do with the dark force in Zant, and he seems suspicious but denies it. Luth says all he knows is that Lena told him about a Crystal Key. Sounds expensive! Upon further questioning Luth clams up and stops answering you. Time to go question Lena about a key made of Crystal. Lena asks if you believe that Karrite is responsible for all this, you ask Lena is she knows Luth. Lena seems familiar with Luth calling him a troublemaker but Luth doesn’t know about magic! You tell Lena that Luth said about a Crystal Key and Lena slowly realizes something. She starts telling a story about Luth and the key. After the story you ask how to fix this, and Lena says you need the key but it’s been missing since this started. You should try asking Luth again. Back to the Table of Contents Hourglass of Purification Hourglass of Purification Index The Crystal Key Learning how to use a Key! Saving the day with the turn of a Key~ Hourglass is up and running Apology accepted Hourglass is up and running Next Quest - Suspicion You return to Luth and he seems jumpy, when you ask for the Crystal Key back he starts fretting and asks if Lena told you everything and maybe the Village Chief might kick him out of the Zant. Luth says he did have it earlier but now he doesn’t have it because a Woopie talked to him saying something wonderful would happen...is Luth high or crazy? Luth and the Woopie opened the Hourglass a little they both had a good laugh and then disappeared! After he looked around for a while another Woopie jumped out and started pelting him with things so he defended himself by throwing the only thing he had in his hands, the Crystal Key! It stopped the Woopie from chasing him, you ask him what the Woopie looked like, Luth says it had a Hat, and with that super description you decide to have Luth accompany you to find this Hatted Woopie. He seems very against this idea, so you decide to go looking yourself for this Woopie Chef. You head to the NorthWest area of Zant, after defeating a few Woopie Chefs you find the Key and have to find out how to use it. Seems like you need to visit Lena again! Lena is happy to see the Crystal Key back safe and sound. She explains how to use the Key, stick it in the hole and turn! You ask if you are really the one to be doing this and Lena says she should stay here and make sure Luth doesn’t do anything else to cause trouble. (Oddly she is nowhere near Luth…) You head towards the giant floating Hourglass and find the Keyhole, you insert the key and turn it with a flourish! It seems like the Hourglass is working again, and decide to go see Lena again and hopefully she has more stuff for you! Lena is overjoyed that the Hourglass is working again and the Village is safe once more! Lena also realizes that she was terribly wrong about Karrite and should apologize to her. She is just afraid to go talk to her after accusing her of such terrible things, and has the bright idea of having you go instead! Karrite already notices that Zant seems to be safe once more. You apologize for Lena and Karrite forgives her, it’s not like Lena wasn’t a victims as well. Harin the sheep Quest Map Next Quest - Forbidden Potion You get a visit from Arua’s Fairy, she tells you Arua would be pleased and asks if they can count on you in the future if this would happen to occur again. Little Angle of Junon visits next to give you a warning, Junon thinks there might be a spy since Herune’s followers seem to know where Arua is going to meet you. They think it might be Arua’s Fairy, she seems to be acting funny lately. He vanishes just in time for Arua’s Fairy to reappear. Arua’s Fairy pops in and asks if you’ve met Arua, and you can’t keep your composure after what Little Angle of Junon told you. Arua’s Fairy laughs and says you should be used to it by now. She tells you that Herune’s followers have contacted Harin in Junon Polis but she couldn’t find out what they were planning. When you go talk to Harin she’s really defensive and won’t talk to you until you prove you're trustworthy. How can you prove that you might ask, by getting a Red Rose Potion from Bellia! Thanks! you should be able to just bump against the stump, maybe go around it and see if it pops up.
