HoneyBuns Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 Love is in the air in ROSE! During this event, monsters around your level will drop Magic Heart Candies. Be sure to keep those because you can exchange them for some neat event items. Head over to Adv Plains and talk to [Ambassador of Love] Qpid. You can't miss him- he is in the middle of the little village when you first enter the game. Spoiler He gives a quest called "Magic Heart Candy Express". When you double click on the icon in the quest log, it opens the list of NPC's that you have to talk to. You must have some Magic Heart Candies in your inventory before they will have the quest dialog. The quest tracker will help but this is what the quest log will show NOTE: You must be able to travel to Eldeon to take and complete this quest. Spoiler Here is the list of NPC's and what they will be asking for. You need 650 total candies to complete this quest [Village Chief] Gray in Adv Plains – You need 20 candies. and he gives you a Firecracker Crate [Guide] Lena in Zant- You need 100 candies and she gives you Public Display of Affection Pack [Akram Ambassador] Eliot in Eucar- You need 130 candies and he gives you Power Of Love (4) [Chef] Peppie on Eldeon- You need 400 candies and you will get Heart Ammo Crate Return to Qpid after you complete the quest and he will give you Qpid's Bow The rewards are pretty cute. Check in the spoiler below to see them Spoiler Firecracker Crate This crate contains the following firecrackers Be My Valentine 5 I love you! 5 Happy Valentines! 5 Public Display of Affection Pack This pack contains the following: Kiss Scroll 10 Love Chocolate 10 These can be used on others (non PvP maps only) or on yourself using the self target skill) Power Of Love This can be used on yourself. Heart Ammo Crate This crate contains the following: Love Shell 150 Love Bullet 150 Love Arrow 150 Qpid's Bow In addition to the event quest , Qpid will tell you about some trouble on the Orlo planet. If you can travel to Orlo, check out the oasis spots on the different maps and you might run into the Pinkheart Pork Fiend. Shown here are the stats for a level 1 character. Magic Heart Candies These are the same candies that can drop from other monsters. To try to find the Pork Fiend you need to be able to travel to Orlo (180 - 200). But the Magic Heart Candies drop on all of the planets. They can be used to get a couple of nice event items as well as ammo and other event things. They can also be sold to other players. I saved mine from last year when I was too low level and I was able to get the Heart Frame Glasses for my support cleric as soon as the event started today. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
