  1. At 160+ it’s probably much slower than the ruins. Linas 4 repeatables give a total of 17 million xp, 20 Elixirs, 10 Lisent Hg, and 10 Leo zodiac stones. The quests take some time since you require some broken eye emblems to get around within the temples at statues (need 4) to travers to B3 other section where scavengers are. Other alternative I’ve heard is the marsh of ghosts on Eldeon.
  2. When you out level the quests they reward less valor. About half the valor as they did when you were in the level range for them. If between 120-170 the quest gave 12 valor you would get 6 when above level 180. There is a cap at some point where the valor reward from quest gets reduced. Oro also offers quests with valor but they might not be as fast as the Eldeon ones. When dungeons are released they will also offer valor points too.
  3. I agree they do need bigger range and also more of the skills should have taunt at a 100% chance not only 50%. Sacrifice should not be the only 100% aoe taunt ability. Knights at the moment only get one aoe taunt with a 50% chance to taunt. Doesn’t really do much for a job that is meant to tank. Having to rely on a rng drop skill book to gain aoe taunt should not be mandatory for a tanking job. As well as the option to increase aoe range, I think there should be a skill that is like fencing except for aoe instead. Instead of increasing atk speed for 4 seconds after 5 hits have another skill that after 3-5 hits makes the next auto attacks for 4 seconds do some kind of whirl or cleave which also applies taunt to the enemies hit within the duration. Similar with crossbow, there should be an explosive power shot type skill also similar to bourgs aoe. Have it hit target and deal aoe splash damage in certain range which also applies taunt. Or if that clashes with bourgs skill too much. Change shield throw to an actual shield throw and not just a ranged shield slam animation. Have the thrown shield hit up to 5 enemies (depending on how close the enemies are) and either apply a taunt or short stun. Kinda like a boomerang effect.
  4. I’ll be willing to volunteer to pick up loot. At a fair price or cut of the loot The backpack idea would be nice for ammunition. Dealers with an ammo bag and scouts with arrow quiver. Besides that I think loot is fine. Keep what you think has value leave the rest. Can’t have it all. Either slow level and farm mats or fast level and no/less mats.
  5. Blue Crystals still need to be adjusted to White Crystals respawn speed. Doesn’t make sense why they have different timers in the first place being the same objective.
  6. Instead of refining they could add a Glow Effect Scroll for like 100 points or something or the opposite Remove Glow Effect Scroll. For IM gear only though. Apply scroll to item and boom refined glow. Example: Silver Astarot Wings (*) with glow scroll applied (or any other icon to indicate it)
  7. 100-120 is not fun. You’ll need to mix it up with some Penguin quests and the Valor quest. If you find a party for penguins it’s bearable. Eldeon is basically the same thing again except you get more quests and valor and basically kill and run in circles and repeat. It’s faster though.
  8. It’s the teeth man! He just needs the big teeth smile and won’t look as derpy anymore in model form
  9. Luna has some side quests on it from various NPCs and there’s a solo friendly repeatable quest from the respawn saving (Osellisk)guy that offers 20k zulie, 24 valor, 1,7 million xp. It takes about 15-30min depending on luck and always party with others doing it at blue crystals because the spawn rate there is slow. Kill 10 white and blue crystals, turn in talk to other NPC and go hunt some bears for barrels. There are also Elite king looking mobs with about 18k HP that spawn in various maps that give no loot but give 150-300k xp per kill. I agree that there should be a lot more one time exploration, kill a few things, mini story quests. Forgotten Temple just like Goblin Caves has no love but interesting creatures inside.
  10. They are in the water. Blue crystals are in the water near the Tyrant monsters. White crystals are in the water area to the southeast of the Blue Crystals in between yeti/yeti riders. Green Crystals are in the water spot just west of the Eucar exit. The Red crystals are in the area northeast of the map with the quest monster Budeater nearby.
  11. Some people leveled to 160 using the level 40 quest gear with 10% xp gain. Weapons from NPC are affordable easily at any stage. Exploring maps and hitting different mobs to see what gear/weapons they drop and farming them for new weapons is also not hard plus you’re leveling while farming for gear. There are alternatives they just need to be sought out for. The people with heaps of zulie breaking economy can be ignored if you focus on your own methods of gearing and levelling.
  12. As it is now the Blue Crystals spawn timer is far slower in comparison to White Crystals. White Crystals respawn back in a few seconds where the Blue Crystals require a few minutes. Would make more sense to have the Crystals all have the same respawn timer as they are relevant for quests.
  13. Artisan can craft each buff potion individually and there’s a lot of them. (TLDR at bottom) I would like to suggest adding a potion or potions that can be crafted using a combination of the single ones into one that gives 4 buff effects (due to crafting limitations) instead of one. This would free up inventory clutter and as well reduce the amount of cool down waiting time to activate each individual potion. The potions could be grouped together the same way the jobs have buffs at the moment. For example 1 of each potion for Str, HP, Defense, Atk to craft a Soldier Potion which gives all 4 of those buffs on use. These 4 job potions could then be combined into a All-In-One Hero Potion that gives all buffs on use and takes up even less inventory space. TLDR: Potion craft system similar to Gem crafting where single Buff Potions are combined to 4-Buff Potions and then further combined to an All-In-One Buff Potion.
  14. xD my muse at 72 was tankier than my 92 soldier. I’m loving how OP wands are, being ranged and having no ammo cost they just melt mobs. Luring and first hits are super easy too! Thanks for the update!
  15. Had the same thing happen. The quest popped up randomly after exiting the game for a few minutes and logging back in.
  16. Reduces damage from critical hits against you. It might also reduce the chance of being critically hit by enemies in general too.
  17. Yes they are, they are given by the union NPCs in the four corners of Junon.
  18. The event items have working stats as shown in the pictures. They can also be used as cosmetics since some stuff is low level and the stats don’t really do much. The stuff in the Item Mall is only cosmetic without stats.
  19. You need to open a ticket in support and wait. Please stop posting the same issue in general when there are already topics about this in Bug reports and Technical.
  20. From the looks of it drops seem to be zone level based and by monster type. Each piece of gear has a grade rank and those drop in their appropriate level ranges. Adventure Plains and Valley of Luxem Tower are in the Grade 1, which means items up to quality of 30 or so drop here and gear in the grade 1 tier. Zant is both grade 1/2 mixed. As the grades of drops increase the quality does too. Quality affects ETC drops such as Metals, Leathers, Woods, Cloths, and vendor junk items like coins. Insect type mobs will drop insect junk items too. Animal like mobs will drop furs. And so on. Around Grade 3/4 is where the first set of uniques may drop at very low chance from the elite/captain/king mobs in those zones. The first set of unique are the ones with lowest stat requirements to use. Besides the increasing quality of materials per grade tier as zone levels increase there seems to always be the same default drops. These tend to be feathers, threads, and chemicals. They seem to also have lower drop chance than materials and junk. The main 4 materials (wood, leather, metal, cloth) peak around quality 44 (Tiar metal for example) and other materials around 34 on planet Junon. On Luna you start getting the next higher quality of 36,38,40. (Granite/Marble for example) This information is from my own testing of leveling a few character from levels 1-80. I believe the loot/drop system function in this kind of way for outdoor map regions. The loots and drops may differ for temples and caves as they are considered dungeons and may have increased drops on chemicals.
  21. Dark adds attack speed Demon adds critical Saint allows the item to be equipped at a lower level than original (example: Vibe Gloves require level 30, Saint Vibe Gloves require level 25 the stats are roughly the same too) Elven/Endowed* add MP related stats Legendary adds 5 to main stat (Strength on Soldier gear, Intelligence on Muse gear, etc.) Grand/Reinforced* adds HP related stats *Endowed and Reinforced (armour only, crafted by Dealer/Artisan) The following for weapons only which are crafted by Dealer/Artisan: Hardened adds attack power Darkened adds attack speed Balanced adds accuracy Enchanted adds reduced MP consumption
  22. I saw someone selling the whistle in a shop today for 2 million zulie (Necklace with 30 Sen stat). So it looks like it is possible to get somehow from the beach. I never saw it as a reward option unless it’s for an amount above 120.
  23. Make ticket in the forum support add screenshot with their names visible and it will be dealt with as soon as a team member is available to deal with. Bot hunting/reporting is part of the grind now!
  24. My Soldier is level 65 and I’m using 1h with shield and have done the following while levelling after playing around with stats and skills found this to be working for me: Stats: Dex/Charm to level rest into Str The charm helps with reducing crit damage intake and also buffs the strength of buffs for higher attack power. Skills: Maxed all the passives that gave attack power for my weapon type. Maxed the passive in general tab that gives health regeneration (excellent skill imo, rarely have to use food or pots with it), and then maxed out the skills that give Str increase and attack power buff. After went back and took the rest of the 1h weapon passives (except accuracy, better used for PvP or “Hunter” type mobs) While levelling using the basic offensive skills rock throw and double scratch help since a lot of power comes from the passives. An alternative to taking the 1h passives besides attack power one can also max the offensive shield slam abilities to spam 1v1 if they don’t like the fast auto attack gameplay. The shield skills cost no mp and can be spammed on cool down which is neat and fun. Id recommend going with passives for 1v1. if you’re choosing to go aoe grab your aoes and then max the weapon dmg passives and strength. Stats for 2h builds vary on what you do. How I would apply stats for the other weapon types would be: Spear: Str/Dex 2:1 (either some charm to increase dot and debuffs of the aoes or sen to add crit, optional) 2h Sword: Sen/Charm to level rest in Str. (The crit and extra defense down on sword pierce would help to slay faster) Axe: Con/Sen to level rest Str, or enough Str for Axe the rest in Con/Sen prioritizing Sen over Con with extra points (Axe is all about the heavy critting and the passives increase crit depending on con/Sen amount) alternatives for 1h: Sen/Dex to level rest Str (for higher flat damage and increased crit) or Str/Dex 2:1 mainly attack power, and block value increase or Str = weapon, then Sen/Dex prioritizing Sen over Dex if using the attack speed passives for fast crit hits. This is how I would go about it for levelling and PVM. It’s been working for me and I’m sure others have their own builds! With the free stat and job skill reset you have the freedom to experiment what’s best for your play style!
  25. Thanks for the guide! I made a muse the other day and the offensive wand 1v1 has been very fun. I did realize CON basically did nothing for me so I changed my stats to DEX/SEN to level rest in INT. Looks like the accuracy only helps against “Hunter” type mobs and PVP. As for skills I went with 1 point in mana shield and then maxed the wand attack power and speed passives. Then got the damage buffs maxed out and put 10 points for offensive spells. After that I put points into the INT buff and now I’m working on the INT passive (after INT passive I’ll take the MP increase passive to make mana shield stronger, before maxing mana shield). I’m lvl 61 currently and just melting mobs. Barely have to worry about mana shied upkeep either. Also once taking active skills it really helps a lot to jobs skill reset for the 2 lightning skills when fighting water type mobs, or the fire skills when fighting earth type mobs as they do increased damage to them. For neutral type or anything else the mana skills are the go to.
