Grand Master Goblin for making me a fortune in battle cart weapons in the olden days! Not to mention he looks AWESOME. 
Confusing at the time though as the abbreviation was GMG which also meant 'Grand Master Golem' whom in the early days was hunted down in the George of Silence.

All the creatures of Orlo (The snakes, devourers, snappers and mastyx) are my favorite and aren't on the list. Having said that, I'm very close to the antares in DoD just because they're pacifists in an area soaked in evil energies.

Aqua King no doubt! Great memories of grinding Aquas in Elverloon Desert and then mobbing the Aqua King whenever he spawned.

I'm gonna have to go with Aqua King. He was the baddest of the baddest. The first "hard" mob I ever encountered and I might also add that i went to that water pond WAAAAY too early.
