Item mall should have ability to gift items/etc to other character

Most have more than one account, and also gifting to clannie/friend is common thing

Gifting was removed intentionally.  If someone has ROSE points on one of their accounts and wants to move points to another of their own accounts, they should make a support ticket.

The gifting system as it was at NA was too easy to exploit.

Gifting as a work around to RMTing [essentially] opens up too many risks of scams and thus an influx of more support tickets. It's just not cost effective.

I do get both sides, but you’re right, this can be exploited pretty easily.

in the previous WP Rose, there was the ability to sell rose point (100), is that going to be added or not. I’m assuming not as that’s pretty much the same thing

That's essentially the same thing and still enables easy RMT for some people. It's unfortunate for players that can't afford to buy IM but have plenty of zulie in-game, but it's a step taken to help prevent RMT.
