Christmas Event Planetoid Gear 2022

Hi all!

 

For these past couple of days I decided to dedicate my time to grinding all of the gear that you can earn at Planetoid. I am excluding the cart, Santa outfit (Not Black Santa outfit), and Reindeer outfit from this list. These offer no character perks, and are purely cosmetic.

 

[Santa Claus]

Snowflake

The Snowflake upon purchase gave Max MP 400, and Dodge Rate 60. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 100, and Magic Defense 150.

Equip slot: Back.

 

Christmas Wreath

The Christmas Wreath upon purchase gave Max HP 800, and Defense 120. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 150, and Magic Defense 100.

Equip slot: Back.

 

Wishing Star

The Wishing Star upon purchase gave Movement Speed 20, Attack Speed 5.0%, and required level 100 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Offhand Defense 12, and Offhand Magic Defense 29.

Equip slot: Shield.

 

Jingle Bell

The Jingle Bell upon purchase gave Concentration 12, Accuracy 12, and required level 100 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Offhand Defense 12, and Offhand Magic Defense 29.

Equip slot: Shield.

 

Snowman Toy

The Snowman Toy upon purchase gave Strength 12, Defense 195, and required level 100 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Offhand Defense 12, and Offhand Magic Defense 29.

Equip slot: Shield.

 

Festive Candy Cane

The Festive Candy Cane upon purchase gave Dexterity 12, Dodge Rate 78, and required level 100 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Offhand Defense 12, and Offhand Magic Defense 29.

Equip slot: Shield.

 

Time spent grinding: Roughly 7 hours.

 

[Bob]

Black Santa Hat

The Black Santa Hat gave HP Recovery Rate 2, MP Recovery Rate 2, and required level 10 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 13, Magic Defense 12, and Dodge Rate 1.

 

Black Santa Sweater

The Black Santa Sweater gave Max HP 45, Max MP 20 , and required level 10 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 19, Magic Defense 18, and Dodge Rate 1.

 

Black Santa Gloves

The Black Santa Gloves gave Attack Speed 10.0%, Accuracy 20, and required level 10 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 11, Magic Defense 11, and Dodge Rate 1.

 

Black Santa Boots

The Black Santa Boots gave Movement Speed 50, Dodge Rate 14, and required level 10 to use. There is a chance of substats.

Additional item stats: Defense 14, Magic Defense 13, and Dodge Rate 1.

 

Time spent grinding: Roughly 5 hours.

 

I hope this information helps you decide on what items to choose, and grind for.

 

Please, tell me if I have missed an item from Planetoid. If I have missed an item, I'll grind for it and add it here. Please, also tell me if the stats are different for each player. I was unable to locate anyone with these items to confirm the stats.

There was no level requirement for Snowflake and Christmas Wreath.

Hi Guppi,

Equip the Santa outfit in your Avatar slots. Speak to Santa and choose the 5th option. You can then ask if he has any back items.

Hi PackingTape,

You'll need to speak to Santa whilst wearing the Santa outfit in your Avatar slots. You can then speak to Santa and tell him that you already have 'Last years' outfit. He'll give you more options to buy the Reindeer set.

I'm wearing the Santa outfit, and have enough snow crystals & elifedora, but Santa tells me I don't have enough materials. Is this a bug?

It's because you have more than one stack of Snow Crystals in your inventory.  The game is checking that small stack so go to Zant and put those into character storage then go back and talk to Santa with just the large stack.

Hey Quelite,

What Rudolf pet are you referring to? I'm unaware that there is a pet. There is a Rudolf mount that can be obtained.

Great. Visit the Christmas Event Dec 13 - Jan 3 thread. It contains information on how to achieve the reindeer mount. You'll need to be level 70, complete the quest given by [Guide] Eva in Junon Polis, and then complete the quest given by [Mayor] Darren.

Hi Everyone! is the stats on the Snowman Toy on effect? or All of these Christmas Stuffs are for cosmetics? Im confused. The post says its all cosmetics, but the pcitures shows stats on each of the stuffs

The event items have working stats as shown in the pictures. They can also be used as cosmetics since some stuff is low level and the stats don’t really do much.

The stuff in the Item Mall is only cosmetic without stats.

What happens if i equip a "shield" type of costume if I use a two hand weapon?

You cannot do this if you don’t have a shield already equipped. If you have 2h item, you need a 2h item costume. 1h wont work.
