im already lvl 72 and i already finish the luna quest..but theres no line jingle bells when i talk to eva...what happen is the event already finish?

so they disabled it..i plan to try it when the server is up doing the reindeer mount quest for my level 65 muse..so i guess i need to reach lvl 70 first before i do the quest..it will take time now because they nerf the quest reward for doonga and kwarfy..and i need to do the luna quest too..i hope i can make it before the event expire.

if my memory is right before we can go to luna without taking the luna quest to alphonso we just need to pay zulie, and i forgot the name of that npc..anyone who know? thanks for the help.
