Dyingchant Posted December 19, 2022 Posted December 19, 2022 same here. i think this is a bug for some modern GPUs as ive seen 2 other players with the same bug using a 2080 and 6800. looks like you need a toaster to run this game properly LOL hope they fix it fast. i cant play rose if i have to leave my other char behind

MrBiffs Posted December 19, 2022 Posted December 19, 2022 created an account last night to dual client and was working fine, come back on today and when i log my second account in after switching back to other game window the other closes itself. no error messages or anything anyone know why or a fix? cheers
Hangyo Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 I've been running dual client since the game came out, then suddenly out of the blue my 2nd client disconnected while playing and when I tried to restart it, it told me that my graphics card is out of date. I updated everything using avast driver updater, but still I cant run dual client. Now I can only run 1 client at a time and its a real bummer, because I enjoyed having 2 at once. If any1 could help I would greatly appreciate it. The image I attached is the message I get when trying to run my 2nd client.
LordAlbion Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 Happened to me. I deleted the contents of the rose UPDATER file. Then rose reinstalled it. I started 2 instances of rose, and it worked. Hope it helps.

yrvine14 Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 try uninstall ROSE then delete the Rednim Games at c:\users\"pcname"\Appdata\roaming and c:\users\"pcname"\Appdata\local. Then reinstall ROSE. hopefully it will reset the config setting of your video..
lazypenguin Posted January 2, 2023 Posted January 2, 2023 The issue is with the fullscreen setting. It is better to use fullscreen borderless for modern GPU. Edit the file `%APPDATA%/Rednim Games/ROSE Online/config/rose.ini` and change `WINDOW_MODE=3` and try again

Set it for windows mode and make the window smaller (not full screen or near full screen). After you set it up, log off from the game and close the client (this will save the settings). Open the launcher two times and press play at the same time. It should both go to the login screen together. 2
