Make sure you are ACTUALLY using Drivers from AMD and not from WIndows Update.

I remember this time I dont quite remember the actually date. There was a super boss event just out side of JP. And some people lead the boss into town and WIPED all the vendors. Next patch put the super bosses on a leash.
