Hello, please try one of these options:

 

Updater troubleshooting:

  • Pre check
    • Open task manager and close all rose-updater.exe
    • Close all open clients
  • Option 1: Reset manifest
    • Delete updater/ folder from installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\ROSE Online)
    • Restart updater
  • Option 2: Force redownload
    • Delete trose.exe rose.vfs data.idx trose-legacy updater/ from installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\ROSE Online)
    • Restart updater
  • Option 3: Nuclear option
    • Delete every file except rose-updater.exe
    • Restart updater

Some players have reported a similar issue and that waiting for it to reach 91% it worked after that. Sorry for the trouble.

Please delete the `updater/` folder in your installation directory and try updating again

The updater folder is in the ROSE Online folder, if you can’t find it right click the desktop icon for rose and click open file location

I'm having the same issue and here were the troubleshooting that I did. but still did not work

- Restarted my PC

-Uninstall the Roseonline

-Restarted my PC

-Deleted the Rose online folder

-Download new installer and installed the program

Did not work,

-Tried to uninstall and delete the rose online folder

-install the program into different local drive, no go

 

I CANNOT LOG IN! T_T

HI, im having the same problem. i can start the game but the log in screen never comes up..

same problem here, deleting updater file doesn't work 

 

edit: this time this option did work. thanks for the support

Restart updater

i've completly deleted the rose online program folder and done a complete instal again.

the first time the updater got to the 100%, took a long time (15 min).

but still when the game starts i cant log in..

and second time starting the updater it stops at 93% again

Got a tip from suppport. need to uncheck the use legacy client box underneath start.

it worked for me hope it will work for you to !
