  1. I'm having the same issue and here were the troubleshooting that I did. but still did not work - Restarted my PC -Uninstall the Roseonline -Restarted my PC -Deleted the Rose online folder -Download new installer and installed the program Did not work, -Tried to uninstall and delete the rose online folder -install the program into different local drive, no go I CANNOT LOG IN! T_T
