Got a tip from suppport. need to uncheck the use legacy client box underneath start. it worked for me hope it will work for you to !

i've completly deleted the rose online program folder and done a complete instal again. the first time the updater got to the 100%, took a long time (15 min). but still when the game starts i cant log in.. and second time starting the updater it stops at 93% again
