Hey big congrats! Thanks for sharing!! Imo that is easily the best cart in the game. Did you get the Parrot costume yet? Your toon would look pretty nifty with a on your shoulder.

Thanks- neither does the Stealthed Armastyx or the Golden Scarabs and Golden Warrior Scarabs. I've already added those four monsters to our issue tracker

I'm not sure but if you're done with the quest except for that guy, and you're in a party, just hang around near the city gate.

Unfortunately there is no work-around and since this issue does not affect everyone, it's difficult for the team to reproduce. Most players say that restarting their computer fixes it for them. For others, it will suddenly start working again just like it suddenly stopped working.

I know I've gotten silk from some monsters on Luna (wolves, slags, yeti)

Here’s the scoop on this exciting new feature that was recently added to the game. First the basics: - Anyone who is level 10 or higher can duel. - In order to duel, both players must be within 20 levels of each other. - Duel requests can be sent only to nearby players. 14m is the max distance. - You can't start a duel or accept a duel invitation if you are in queue in Game Arena. - To block duel requests, go to System > Game Options > Interface. Duels can take place on the following maps: - Adventurer’s Plains - Canyon City of Zant - City of Junon Polis - Magic City of Eucar - Xita Refuge - Desert City of Muris NOTE: You can duel anywhere on those maps, not just in the cities/towns. The exception is Muris- duels can only happen in the city itself. - If you choose to duel outside of the cities and any monster attacks, the duel is automatically cancelled. - If you send a duel invitation to a player that is fighting monsters or being attacked by monsters, the invitation is cancelled. STARTING A DUEL The Duel Skill can be found on the Basic Skill tab (K) Click on another player then double click on the Duel Skill. You can also start a duel using the Avatar Menu If a duel request is not accepted within 2 minutes, the duel is cancelled. When you send a duel invitation to another player, they receive a popup that shows your character name and level. If the invitation is accepted, the Duel Window will open for both players and in addition to the name and level, the job classes are shown. The person that initiated the duel sets the rules from the following choices: Best of 1, 3 or 5 battles. Draw or Lose on Disconnect Duration of 2, 3 or 5 minutes per battle. Disable Potions Self Buffs Only Clear Buffs Auto Buffs -There are three slots where each player can “bet” items and an option to bet zulie. No bets are required to duel. Once the rules have been set, and bets (if any) are placed, the duel initiator presses Accept. -The second player can add their bet (if any) and view the rules. If there is something that you don’t like about the bet or rules, simply close the duel window and the duel will be cancelled. Be sure you have space in your inventory if items are being put up as bets. -If both players agree, both press the “Accept” button. When the player who initiated the duel clicks on “Start”, green rings surround both players. A 10 second timer appears and when the time ticks down, the duel can begin. -Auto buffs, if any, are applied when the duel begins, and they are removed when the duel ends. -All players are returned to 100% HP at the end of a duel. -You can not run out of the duel circle once the duel circle has appeared.. RESULTS If you win the duel, you will receive the items/zulie that were set up as the bet by the other player. If you lose the duel, any items or zulie that you placed as a bet are removed from your inventory and given to the winning player. In the case of a draw, the bet items/zulie stay with the original owners. If you aren't participating in the duel, you can watch it happen and follow the score in real time as shown in this screenshot This is a very neat system and a great addition to the game. Looking forward to watching some duels!

If we didn't use the existing costumes from the many, many design contests we had at NA, this Item Mall would be completely empty. Since the revenue that keeps the server running is only obtained thru purchases, it seems kind of counter-productive to me. I can appreciate the fact that not everything looks fantastic and that is something the art team will be addressing and tweaking when possible as time goes on.

The only actual new items we've added are the level 200 accessories and the Dark Oblivion costume weapons. Everything else is from NA.

Congrats!! The PAT Painting Tickets are not in the game right now because a few things have to be fixed on the painting skill menu. At the old official server, you could also repaint cart frames that were in the Item Mall and we don't have those anymore but don't worry, its on my list along with the Clan Name Colorizer. The Item Mall has been updated!

September is Pirate Month in ROSE. To celebrate this event, and International Talk Like a Pirate Day, we have several pirate themed sets. There are also two Faith pirate-ish costumes that will be familiar to old NA players. This year, to commemorate the Korean Harvest Moon Festival, we have another old Faith favorite, the Hanbok Set. And to celebrate Cowboy Day a couple of months late (or early depending on your point of view), we have the Cowboy Set. Check below for these and other September highlights. SPECIALS > SEASONAL This month, Gothic Lolita and Gothic Punk Outfits are in the Item Mall. These two Faith sets were popular on the old official server. We have four different colors of very pirate-ish wings called Skullhead Wings. There are several other themed costume sets too. And big news- this month we have a mount in the Item Mall! It's not a typical Rose mount but it fits in with the Pirate Event and will only be available during the month of September. It's a permanent mount that locks to the account and has no level restrictions. Check the spoiler below to see what some of these items look like in the game. ITEMS > UTILITY This is where you will find a variety of useful things like Eye Contacts to hide masks and of course, Account and Character Storage Expansions. There are also several different shop looks if you want your vending shop to stand out in the crowd. Remember, when you activate a shop look, the item will disappear from your consumable tab and the timer will start ticking down whether you are online or not. WEAPONS The Dark Oblivion costume weapons are still in the IM and the refine issue with the Dark Oblivion Shield was fixed! Just to be sure, I refined this one to (20). The gem is an Opalite Trilliant [13]. EQUIPMENT> SETS Nothing new in this tab but remember, these are complete sets and using Preview will show you how the whole set looks when equipped. EQUIPMENT> BODY Both of the models in the Skullhead Wings screenshots are wearing the Black Uniform from this tab. The uniform also comes in yellow, blue, green, red and white. EQUIPMENT>BACK We have an assortment of wings this month. The big and ever popular Angelic Wings are available in three colors. Red Astarot Wings and four other Astarot Wings and a couple of mechanical looking wings round out the selection. We still have our normal assortment of adorable backpacks, of course. The male model is wearing Gothic Lolita with Black Guardian Wings and the female model is wearing Gothic Punk with Ruby Howling Wings Check in the spoiler below for a few more examples of possible costume/wing combinations from this month's offerings. EQUIPMENT > SPECIALS Last, but not least, this month's non-event themed costumes. The Power Suit, Ronin and Traditional Chinese Sets are here this month in colors we have not had in the Item Mall yet this year. Something for the superhero in all of us and a touch of Mexican Lucha Libre. Check the spoiler below for more details. BASIC ITEM MALL INFORMATION -Item Mall storage is free (no zulie cost) and unlimited. When you place an item into this storage, the next storage page appears. You will never run out of room for your Item Mall costumes. You can also place utility items like Shop Looks, Saturunes or Glow Painters into Item Mall storage. -Preview is an easy way to see how costumes will look on your character. Click on the Preview tab on the side of the Item Mall Window. Then click on any wearable item in the IM. You can move freely between the tabs and create your own unique look. The circular arrows on either side will turn your character around so you can see the back and sides as well as the front view. Press the “reset” button to remove items so you can start again fresh -Refining Item Mall costumes does not cost zulie and your success is guaranteed but refine levels can NOT be removed. So please take a moment to try on your costume after each refine level and make sure you are happy with the glow. Happy Shopping, Roserians!

There was one unique level 50 accessory set as a possible reward for doing a quest in OT, but that quest requires Ruven's Tokens which were removed from the Item Mall and the game when Rednim took over. So currently, there are no accessory drops under level 80

There is a lot going on during this event. Let's start with the drops. Ancient Pirate Coins will drop from monsters around your level. They can be exchanged for some event items and other things by talking to Captain Peg Leg. You'll find him at the back of Junon Polis. Pirate Treasure Chests can also drop from monsters. They will stack in the consumable tab of your inventory and will contain one of the following: Pirate Booty Box Ancient Pirate Coin Pirate Treasure Box MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPACE IN YOUR INVENTORY TABS BEFORE YOU START OPENING THESE CHESTS AND BOXES Captain Peg Leg can be found in the back of the City of Junon Polis, near the docks. He has a LOT of dialog choices. Option 1 "Is there anything I can trade for these Ancient Pirate Coins?" Option 2 "Any idea where a scurvy something or other like me could get a pet parrot?" Option 3 "What's a pirate gotta do to get one of those mighty fine firearms?" Option 4 "Where can I find Ancient Pirate Coins?" I'm not even sure what he says but just go kill monsters. The coins drop on all four planets. Option 5 "What can I do with the Ancient Pirate Coins? " Old Peg Leg will give you some line about his treasures or w/e. To find out what you can actually exchange the coins for, click on the next option. Option 6 "I'd like to trade in some coins for items" Option 7 "I'd like to hunt for the Captain Pirate Thief Bug" Option 8 "Where can I find Captain Pirate Thief Bug and his crew?" Option 9 :I have defeated Captain Pirate Thief Bug" These three options are all related to the same quest. As mentioned above, one of the possible items in Pirate Treasure Box is a Pirate Frigate Box. The spoiler below has ss of what can be in those boxes. Have fun, maties! Yarrr!

Make sure Windows Defender or your anti-virus program are not blocking connections. Add trose and the rose updater to the exception list. Check this topic for solutions to other common launcher and game issues.

No worries at all. I know some players do get that error message when taking a ss in the game. Hold the Windows key when you press the print screen key. Then check in Pictures > Screenshots in your computer and you'll find the screenshots there. But for this event, just go stand on the spots to get the quest credit.

Sorry there seems to be some confusion about this. It's not an actual screenshot that you take. When you stand in the right spots (check the spoilers for locations), you will get a drop in your quest log that says you took a photo. I'll try to do the quest again later today and add a ss of the quest drop to the guide.
