account blocked/account doesnt exist

hello i try to relog coz got DC but i got "USER ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST" 

then i try to login several times than i got my account blocked,must contact GM

please fix,thanks

Its also shows "user account doesnot exisy" error if you mistyped password

after too many tries it can block account, try to open ticket via Support or reset password

Yeah in most cases this happends when you mistype the password. Restart to client to reset the "blocked" message.
