Game Crashes Instantly

Here are the specs of my computer: 

OS: windows 10

Processor: Intel corei5 -11400H

Memory: 8GB DDR4, 3200MHZ

Storage:512 GB

Graphics:NVDIA GforceRTX 3050 with 4g

 

Troubleshooting done:

- disabled the 2 options under the display the names of items dropped from game options and minimized analog.

- run the updater from the file location

-reboot my laptop

***think i've met the system requirements to play the game but how come it instantly crashes? Im not a techy person, any idea or suggestions on what needs to be done?

Does the client(program) just vanish after you open it?

Can you clarify, does the updater crash or does the game crash after running the updater?

I have the same problem now with the game crashing once i press "Accept" on Terms of service after booting up the game. Did you find a resolution for this?
