All working now. I reinstalled the game...

Here are the specs of my computer: OS: windows 10 Processor: Intel corei5 -11400H Memory: 8GB DDR4, 3200MHZ Storage:512 GB Graphics:NVDIA GforceRTX 3050 with 4g Troubleshooting done: - disabled the 2 options under the display the names of items dropped from game options and minimized analog. - run the updater from the file location -reboot my laptop ***think i've met the system requirements to play the game but how come it instantly crashes? Im not a techy person, any idea or suggestions on what needs to be done?

Can anyone please help me on this. After the recent update, some features like common chat room is not shown on the screen.. or displayed but just half of the text so i cant read them. tried to change the resolution but its seems not compatible. I also tried to search for a related topic regarding my concern but i cant find any. Please help. Thank you
