Valkyrie Chant should be affected by charm/int scaling

Unlike other classes, we have 3 of our 4 buffs being the type you can only put points into every 20 levels.  Of those, Valkyrie Chant is the only one that doesn't benefit from stat mods.

Considering the emphasis placed on both Int & Cha for Muses, its counter-intuitive for our most desired buff to not be affected by it.  Also considering that Cha scales the buffs more than Int - support muses have the most to gain by having the buff scale to their unique stat distribution.

I'm not necessarily saying it should scale to the degree that other stat buffs do of course.  That might make it too OP.  But I am requesting it to get *some* scaling.

I support this! Leave Mental Focus with no scaling, but add scaling to Valkyrie Chant.
