Punwell has asked you to place 5 Wind Turbines around Breezy Hills, so that he can get some readings of the land's power. Return to Punwell once you have placed them all.

What is the lvl requirement for this quest?

I did it at lvl 27, I have a second character I’m going to try another quest there so I can double check what it is

Omg, I spent like 1 hour looking for the spots to place the turbines and when I finished I was going to do the same thing, a guide for the others. Thanks man
