I'm not sure of the timer but Bruce spawns in the water between the island with the dig spot and the island where the fishing boat mini game is. Heatfist Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 Does Bruce actually have the Surfboard as a drop in his drop table? I’ve only seen senior gear drop and Lisent HG so far. No, no. What I meant is that you must farm the 210 trash using the character that you want to have the whistle. You can't farm it on another character then trade it. The team is pretty busy getting ready for the next patch, but a quick initial look indicated that Bruce does not drop the surfboard atm.
