Ban people who are being racist or homophobic

Mind-blowing to me these things go unpunished when these should be punished with at least a temporary ban. How are these things not part of a zero tolerance policy?

Matters involving players are kept between the player and staff. We will never discuss actions taken upon a player account. The most you’ll receive is an acknowledgment that says something along the lines of “thank you for your report.”
