Penalize high levels farming low level kings/etc

Since one of patches drop ownership is decided between first hitter and highest damage makers.

This has opened door to high level players just crush in to low level maps and kill steal drops.

It takes long time for low level player to get hp down of kings, and when 2xx players just show up and kill monster in few seconds and get drop can be very demotivating.

Personally i think "white color" kings shouldnot drop anything good, regardless of your gems, as it only opens door for ksing and benefits of high levels. Or at least shouldnot drop if someone else (apropriate level) already has hit it. It would avoid getting drops stolen, but also would let high levels still farm idle mobs.

Game should focus on new and lower level player problems/needs more, not just on benefits/wishes of maxed level players.
