New IP accessed Verification failed

Hello, I tried to login into my account using the same computer and the same internet connection since I started playing this game but i wont be able to do anything about it unless I cannot verify it. However, when I click the verification email link provided it will say "403 Forbidden" How do i resolve this?

Have you tried logging off your account on the main website first, then verifying the email?

It has been verified since last year. For some reason it wants me to verify it again because im apparently having a new IP address but we did not change any network connections or move place.

Unless you pay for a static IP address your provider can change your IP at anytime.
