Keyboard arrows & xml-file

Hi there

Since a week or so I can no longer use the upper arrow on my keyboard to make my character run forward. Left and right arrow to pivot screen also seem broken.

I cannot find the folder in which the xml file is stored causing that pop up when launching the game. Could someone perhaps provide me with the (entire) file path or (more) detailed instructions?

Should be located in the same folder as your rose launcher, right click the rose icon on the desktop and click go to file location (or something similar). 
 

I don’t know the file path off the top of my head.
