They are supposed to have 100% success refine rate but currently work more like regular refining material. If you purchased some we recommend waiting to use them until the next patch when we will increase the success rate. If you purchased some already and already failed a few refines please open a ticket and we will credit back your account for the failed attempts. Thanks for your patience 2 3
