Bring the Cost of Hardening a Launchers In line With other weapons of the same level

the cost to harden a launcher is about 5x more than other weapons..... is there a reason for this?

You use a launcher so you're probably a dealer. So you are supposed to make money and buying a launcher should not be a problem.
