trip to luna without taking the quest

if my memory is right before we can go to luna without taking the luna quest to alphonso we just need to pay zulie, and i forgot the name of that npc..anyone who know? thanks for the help.

I remembered that too and went to the NPC to try. He tells you about going to Luna and how much it will cost to use his ship but when you agree to pay nothing happens. So they must have disabled that way to go there.

I think he’s called Ruven but not 100% on that.

Classic irose you cant go to luna without doing the quest. I guess they went that path.

so they disabled it..i plan to try it when the server is up doing the reindeer mount quest for my level 65 muse..so i guess i need to reach lvl 70 first before i do the quest..it will take time now because they nerf the quest reward for doonga and kwarfy..and i need to do the luna quest too..i hope i can make it before the event expire.
