Add Job/class icons in party

On the party menu we can only see people's in game name and their buffs, we need to know what their job/class is and also their level.

Job : maybe useful for 2nd job when someone says he's bourg and he's actually artisan ? :')

The party interface was veryyyyy old. The group interface is much better, especially it is easier for cleric's to heal them.
