Help! unique mask skils reset

I used the skill and tryed to make one and couldn’t. I’m assuming I can’t use it successfully until higher level. But I thought befor that I need to level it up. Now I have 8 skill points in it at level 30. You can now guess my problem. Is there a way to undo this. And free up the skills. Or am I doomed!!!

You can use the Unique Reset in your skills tab, but you'll lose your face item craft book.
