Item mall issues?

i was trying to redeem the costume from my purchase. i already bought the moldy set. but it shows "nothing to redeem"

Can you see the items in the IM inventory to the left? If yes, open your normal inventory and drag them over. If there was an issue with the purchase, please open a ticket.

I can only see the respec stuff in the item mall. No wings, cosmetics, nothing.

If you click the item mall option on the bottom left of the mini map you will see the item mall items
