Upon running RoseOnline a window quickly appears and disappears and that's it. Is this because server's aren't up yet? Or something else. See this note here... it says DELETE the 3ddata folder then reopen your game launcher and wait for it to be updated. Once ready, click PLAY and see if the error is resolved.
