    We have found the issue causing clans to be bugged. There was some invalid data in the database that our new service was not taking into account correctly. Big thanks to all the players who kept re-logging in so we could test new builds and do our investigation. We're running a fairy event for the next 24 hours or so as a show of our appreciation.

    Please note there are some reports of issues with private messaging via the friends list causing disconnects. We are actively looking into this. In the mean time the friends list functionality might not be fully usable. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I didn't combine any? You wrongly assumed the number I mentioned included the big Zulie ban wave back in June.

Dev's injected inflation overnight and the little people take the brunt of pain while those with billions still have billions.

    Incorrect on all of your points, did you read the patch notes?

    In relation to the other planets this is something the team are very excited about and updates will be provided in the future.

    ROSE Online Summer 2023 Clan vs. Clan Event

    Dear participants,

    We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen issues and the ban wave, we are postponing The Summer 2023 Clan vs Clan Event as it might impact some clans. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change. The new event dates have been rescheduled and are as follows: 29-30 July (Sat/Sun) and 5-6 August (Sat/Sun).

    In light of this delay, we are pleased to announce that we are reopening registration for the event. This is an opportunity for those who were unable to register previously or those who would like to modify their registrations to participate in the event. Registration will be open until 15 July 2023.

    We have also increased the rewards of the event as below:

    • A Clan uniform (shirt/shorts and shoes). The shirt will feature the clans emblem on the front and will state "Summer 2023 CvC Champions" (or something similar) beneath the emblem. This will be available to all clan members. 2000 2500 ROSE Points for use in the item mall. This will be available to only the participants.
    • 2nd place winners will receive: 1500 2000 ROSE Points for use in the Item Mall.
    • 3rd place winners will receive: 1000 1500 ROSE Points for use in the Item Mall.  

    We understand that this adjustment may disrupt your plans, and we apologize for any inconveniences caused. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure a successful and enjoyable event for all participants.

    If you have already registered and wish to maintain your participation, there is no need to take any further action. Your registration will automatically carry over to the new event dates. However, if you wish to withdraw your registration or make any changes, please notify us by messaging @Drezynit.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We are committed to providing a memorable experience for everyone involved, and we believe that the rescheduled event will exceed your expectations.

    New Ideas Section

    Dear Rosarians!

    We are happy to announce that we have added a new Ideas section to the forum! The Ideas area will feature a voting system that allows you to upvote or downvote ideas submitted by members of the community. This will help us better understand which features or changes you would like to see implemented, and prioritize accordingly.

    The development team will be keeping a close eye on the ideas submitted and the votes they receive. While we cannot guarantee that every idea will be implemented, we will do our best to incorporate the ones that receive the most support and align with our road map.

    This does mean we will be closing the current Suggestions section of the forum. Note the suggestions forum will remain visible for a period of time, just locked so you can no longer post. This will allow users to submit their ideas to allow people to vote on them!

    We believe that this new approach will help us better serve the needs of our community and provide a more transparent and collaborative way to decide which features to prioritize. We are excited to see the great ideas you will bring to the table!

    ROSE Online Game Rules

    1. Follow the game's terms of service and rules at all times: These outline the behaviour that is expected of players and may include things like not engaging in harassment, cheating, or scamming other players.
    2. No harassment or hate speech: This includes any behaviour that is intended to offend, intimidate, or discriminate against others based on their race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic.
    3. No sharing personal information: This includes sharing your own personal information or the personal information of others without their consent.
    4. No sharing inappropriate content: This includes sharing explicit text, or sharing content that is not suitable for all audiences.
    5. Respect other players: This includes not using offensive language, not engaging in harassment or bullying, and not stealing from or griefing other players.
    6. Participate in the economy: You as players can buy, sell, and trade items and resources. Respect the value of these items and do not engage in activities that could disrupt the economy, such as scamming users for example.
    7. Follow the instructions of the ROSE Online Team: The ROSE Online Team have the final say on any issues that may arise in the server. It is important to follow their instructions.
    8. Discussing past ROSE projects: (e.g. Ruff, Shin, Titan) is fine, but discussing projects, which are currently active and violating copyright is strictly forbidden across any of our platforms.
    9. No evading moderation: This includes using alt accounts to circumvent bans/timeouts and using alternate spelling to circumvent the profanity auto-moderation.
    10. Don't cheat/exploit to gain an advantage: This includes using third-party tools(macroing/scripting/any automation tools), exploiting game bugs, or otherwise breaking the game's rules in order to gain an unfair advantage.
    11. A maximum of two clients per person: You are allowed to connect two clients to ROSE Online at one time, whether this is from the same PC or two different PC's.

    Status Update - 2023-01-19

    Hi Visitors,

    We wanted to keep you informed about the latest developments. Our team is currently working hard to resolve the following issues:

    • Problems with clans, including issues with skills, rank assignments, and leaving clans.
    • Friend lists not updating or functioning correctly.
    • Bugs with quests and timed quests not working as intended.
    • Items disappearing, but please note that these items have not been deleted and will eventually reappear.
    • Random disconnection issues that may occur for any account, but will eventually resolve without any action needed from us.

    We currently cannot give an ETA on when these will be fixed but thank you for your patience as we work through these issues during early access.

    Status Update 2023-01-06

    Dear Visitors,

    We hope you all had a good holiday. We wanted to update you on the current status of the server and what the team are still working on.

    First, we are aware of the continued issue where some accounts get disconnected and are then unable to log back in. This seems to happen randomly and can happen to any account, but eventually working again without any intervention from us.

    We are also aware of the issue where items disappear after a disconnection from the server. We are working hard to resolve this issue, and a potential fix that has helped some users can be found here.

    Please know that we are doing everything we can to resolve these issues and make the experience as smooth as possible for all of our users. We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Status Update 2022-12-23

    Hi Visitors,

    We wanted to give you an update on known issues that have been reported. We are aware of the following issues and are working to remedy them:

    • Quest issues: Quests being in a strange state where you cannot complete or start an active quest after a disconnect
    • Login issues: Random accounts seem to get disconnected when loading characters at the login screen.
    • Disappearing items: Items randomly disappear after a disconnection from the server. (A note for this one some users have reported items re appearing. If you leave the slot empty where the item used to be and log out for at least 20 minutes, the item may reappear on its own.)
    • Skill issues: Skill data may be lost or rolled back on disconnect

    Rest assured that we are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything running smoothly as soon as possible.

    We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues.

    Alpha Stress Testing Over

    Thank you to everyone who participated in the alpha stress test, we appreciate all of you and are excited to be moving forward to closed beta! We'll let you know our next steps once we've had a chance to process all the information we've collected from the stress test. Thank you all for being such a wonderful community, looking forward to many more memories in the future.
