We have found the issue causing clans to be bugged. There was some invalid data in the database that our new service was not taking into account correctly. Big thanks to all the players who kept re-logging in so we could test new builds and do our investigation. We're running a fairy event for the next 24 hours or so as a show of our appreciation. Please note there are some reports of issues with private messaging via the friends list causing disconnects. We are actively looking into this. In the mean time the friends list functionality might not be fully usable. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You may have noticed clan's are missing again! For the next few hours we may have to restart the server at different periods to try to get to the bottom of the issue, thank you for your patience!

Our team is currently working hard to resolve the following issues: Problems with clans, including issues with skills, rank assignments, and leaving clans. Friend lists not updating or functioning correctly. Bugs with quests and timed quests not working as intended. Items disappearing, but please note that these items have not been deleted and will eventually reappear. Random disconnection issues that may occur for any account, but will eventually resolve without any action needed from us. This seems to happen randomly and can happen to any account, but eventually working again without any intervention from us. We are also aware of the issue where items disappear after a disconnection from the server. We are working hard to resolve this issue, and a potential fix that has helped some users can be found here. We are aware of the following issues and are working to remedy them: Quest issues: Quests being in a strange state where you cannot complete or start an active quest after a disconnect Login issues: Random accounts seem to get disconnected when loading characters at the login screen. Disappearing items: Items randomly disappear after a disconnection from the server. (A note for this one some users have reported items re appearing. If you leave the slot empty where the item used to be and log out for at least 20 minutes, the item may reappear on its own.) Skill issues: Skill data may be lost or rolled back on disconnect Rest assured that we are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything running smoothly as soon as possible.
