If you are asking about a game account from when Gravity/Warpportal ran the game, sadly those accounts are gone forever. When Rednim bought the license, no player or account information was included. Everyone here starts with a fresh, new account. If you are asking about an account made on this server (2022 or later) and you are still having this problem, please make a support ticket.

We never delete accounts, even if they are inactive. You will get that message if you have mis-typed your email or password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive so check your caps lock key. We recently had a game update so any login manager or mod will not work Just take your time and type the info manually/ If you continue having issues, please make a support ticket so we can help you.

It can take up to 15-20 minutes the first time before the play button lights up. Just let it sit there and don't worry, it won't take long after the first time.

The main event this month is Easter but we do have a small overlap with the Ballroom Event, which will carry over into next month. We have costumes for both of these events, as well as some much lesser known special days. This month we've added back items that match the Dark Oblivion and Golden Sun costume weapon lines. Both items were also designed by our favorite artist, @HugeMalaka. These back items (one is a backshield and the other is a wing) will be in the Item Mall permanently starting this month! Additionally, the Feathered Capes are now in Equipment > Back permanently. They are a nice change from the usual backpacks and wings. SEASONAL COSTUMES Let's start with the main event-themed costumes. Two long time favorite Faith sets will be in the IM in both April and May, so you can attend the Ballroom Event in style. The Noble Set has a chest part and shoes. NOTE: In all screenshots, the female's clothes are refined (1). The Yellow Cocktail Dress has a chest part and gloves. NOTE: Both models are wearing the Yellow Rubber Boots (Equipment > Masks) but I'm sure you can find a more suitable and smaller shoe to use. Check the spoiler below for some more seasonal looks. As mentioned last month, Aurora, Glacier, Silent Night and Sunset Allurer Wings will be available again in April. They will return in December. You said that you reinstalled right? Maybe there are some old files on your pc that are causing the problem. Go to this topic and scroll down to GAME ISSUES. Then follow the instructions to delete the config folder and let the launcher patch again.

You do need to have 10 shamrocks in your inventory in order to get the quest to catch the Leprechauns. Check to see that you do not have more than 8 open quests. If you still can't get the quest, it might be because you have nets from another quest.

@Seanos Thanks for sharing your experiences. Many people do still dual client with a muse and fighter, mostly for the heals. I'm sorry you've had some trouble joining parties. Remember, we have free and unlimited stat and skill resets now. It can be a bit of a hassle but when you are unable to join a party, you can reset your muse to fight/ Muses can do pretty well on that front and you can always reset to be a healer when you join a party.

There was a bug when the big substat change happened back at NA and that bug was later fixed. You were never supposed to be able to get max substats on low level gear.

There is a mystery surrounding those two quests. It's on our issue tracker so hopefully they can be changed/fixed soon.

If you used the Unique Retraining skill and removed a unique skill then later changed your mind, you could get that skill book again and relearn the skill. Otherwise, you can only learn each unique skill once

The St Patrick's Day Event will run from March 6 - March 28 This month, the "wearing of the green" was never easier. We have a variety of different costume styles to choose from. Btw, folklore says that wearing green will make you invisible to leprechauns. Apparently, they enjoy pinching people . There is even more excitement in the Item Mall this month because we have not one, but TWO event themed mounts! The Leprechaun Mount is one of those mounts that you ride inside of, rather than on top of. He kind of hops around and green puffs of smoke come from his pipe. The Lucky Dragon Mount is a beautiful, flying mount that leaves a trail of sparkling 4 leaf clovers We've also got something exiting happening in the EQUIPMENT > BACK section. A new line of wings has been added to the Item Mall basic selection. The Allurer Wings by @Sneaux come in 9 vibrant, solid colors and they can be found on page 2 and 3/5. There are also 4 seasonal colors/patterns that will be rotated in every 3 months. More about this later. The items that will only be in the Item Mall for the current month are now on the FEATURED TAB. They will also be in their respective tabs (Specials > Seasonal for the event themed offerings and Equipment > Specials for the non-themed items).
