It's a false positive, caused by something we added in the patch the other day. Lazy explained it on Discord like this Add trose.exe to the exception list of your firewall and antivirus program. We are in the process of fixing this so that it won't happen in the future

There was a LOT of confusion in this event last year, so I decided to make a whole new event guide. Hopefully we will be able to improve this event for next year Dust off your dancing shoes, the Ballroom event has started. YOU NEED TO BE LEVEL 75 OR HIGHER TO GET THE COSTUMES Lacrima is the main ingredient in this event, and it drops everywhere from monsters that are near your level. No clue what Lacrima is or why she wants it but once you have gathered some, talk to [Event Info] Felice Fete in Junon Polis and she will teleport you to the Grand Ballroom. You will need one Lacrima each time you enter, not just the first time. - If you have at least 6 Lacrima in your inventory and talk to Felice two times (without accepting her offer to teleport you to the Ballroom), she will have an option to buy a True Hero's Emblem for 5 Lacrima. Felice's sister, [Event Info] Lucille Fete, is inside the ballroom and she sells dance scrolls and a firecracker. When you buy a dance scroll, you actually get 2 scrolls- 1 (F) for female characters and 1 (M) for male characters. If you time it right with a friend (or your second character), it will look like they are actually dancing together. Characters with high charm will get more than one of each per purchase. To leave the Ballroom, just walk out of this door - If you talk to Lucille with the True Hero's Emblem and at least 210 Lacrima in inventory, she will have the option of a special gift. That gift is the Felice Party Wear. NOTE: There are no shoes, hat or gloves for this set. -When enough Lacrima is spent with Lucille (by buying firecrackers and the dance scrolls), the Grand Duke will spawn in the center of Junon Polis, near Felice. Unlike the monsters during the Halloween Invasion, this guy is not at all aggressive. Whoever kills him will get the drop, a Golden Crystal. Felice will exchange that for a True Hero's Emblem but remember, you can also just buy one. When the Grand Duke spawns, inside the Ballroom, the Gate Crashers will spawn. More about them in a minute. NOTE: No one can be teleported into the Ballroom when there is a Grand Duke spawned in the city. - To get the Lucille Party Wear, you must first buy 10 of each item in Lucille's shop. After that, when you ask to see her shop, you will find two new options The Robot Dance scrolls for 20 Lacrima each, and option 6 (be sure you have enough Lacrima in inventory) - To get the Leopold Sets, you need to get a quest. Put the Felice Party Wear on the AVATAR tab (not costume) and talk to Lucille again and pick option 6. She will recognize that you are wearing Felice Party Wear and give you the quest "Dance Your Best" . The Gate Crashers look like the Grand Duke, only smaller and not shiny. If there are not already Gate Crashers in the Ballroom, you can either wait until someone else buys stuff from Lucille or you can do it. The amount seems to vary, but once you see them in that room, quickly go kill 10 then talk to Lucille again (with at least 210 Lacrima in inventory). Return once you have completed the quest (and once again, with at least 210 Lacrima in inventory) and she will give you the option to buy one of the Leopold sets. NOTE: you will have to do repeat this each time to get a Leopold set. AZURE LEOPOLD SCARLET LEOPOLD VIOLET LEOPOLD None of the sets in this event have any stats or substats but at least the Leopold sets do come with shoes. Have fun dancing, Roserians

We added a security measure with the latest patch that is causing these false positives. Here is how Lazy explained it on Discord To further explain and clarify You can safely continue to play ROSE after adding trose to the exception list

We can see the NPC names from a much greater distance now and if you have the Lost Children quest, Shirley should have an exclamation mark above her name too.

Are trose and rose-updater listed as exceptions in your antivirus and firewall?

I was just looking at them. They would have to be changed since everything is for level 50 (from the olden days before there was no minimum level to enter OT) and now you can't enter until 130 but it's something we can look into;

Ring, Earring and Necklace of Raj'aj - they were possible rewards for doing that quest from Jorgus that required Ruven's Tokens. They are still in the database but not in the game right now, since the tokens are not in the game

The patch we just applied seems to have fixed the issue with Sikuku Ruins so please try logging in now.

That's part of the Episode Quest. You can find the info in the guide I just linked

That's correct. None of the characters on an affected account can be logged in until this issue is resolved.

There is a problem with Sikuku Ruins right now and that could be the reason why you are unable to log in characters that are on that map. The team is working on the fix for this and the issues in LCF.

Something on your computer is blocking or deleting. Add trose and rose-updater to the exception list of your antivirus program or firewall.

If you are asking about a game account from when Gravity/Warpportal ran the game, sadly those accounts are gone forever. When Rednim bought the license, no player or account information was included. Everyone here starts with a fresh, new account. If you are asking about an account made on this server (2022 or later) and you are still having this problem, please make a support ticket.

We never delete accounts, even if they are inactive. You will get that message if you have mis-typed your email or password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive so check your caps lock key. We recently had a game update so any login manager or mod will not work Just take your time and type the info manually/ If you continue having issues, please make a support ticket so we can help you.

Actually Drezzy and I have been working on some sort of fashion event already. Just haven't had the time to figure out the details

It can take up to 15-20 minutes the first time before the play button lights up. Just let it sit there and don't worry, it won't take long after the first time.
