  1. High points with Knight are only achievable with a high attack power/dot dmg Xbow build. Before Knights could achieve that with sacrifice and aoe, but since the sacrifice skill was changed to pvm the points for taunt dmg are basically slim to none. Since knights arent a dps class or healer class they miss out on the 2 major point scoring categories.

Besides the festival in Snow Valley, there is something happening on Luna Planet too. Ice Chouchous!
These event drops look like the ice shards. They will drop from the monsters on Luna.

Luna Clanfields mobs are excluded from this 🥲

When players say that you ‘need to’ reach max level or ‘got to’ have a max level char to win the game. This may be somewhat true however imo winning the game is simply having fun. Also, I think diversifying in how you want to play the game and slowing your phase is the key to success.

Best thing to do is play at your own pace, the game needs much time for fixes and changes and improvements. A lot of people just rushed to the end for literally no reason at all just to “flex” or “beat the game”. Most of those players burned out and quit after grinding out everything. People just went too hard without reading the fine print of what the Early Access was all about, and it can’t really be helped.

At 250 there isn’t really any real end game. You get Fossil Sanctuary as the only map with mobs still around your level to farm CP in. You get the 4 Dungeons, and 3 PvP Game Arenas to farm for the Valor/Honor sets and beyond that there’s really nothing else.

When you look at Eldeon and when the max lvl was I believe 210/220 at the time, you had Prison and Ruins for end game maps. Ruins offered a competitive objective in the form of a party quest to do the Turak Maze for rewards.

I too only bothered with leveling one character to max and it’s just boring being max with only being limited to 3 activities.

From doing every available quest in game and slowly grinding to max I missed out on nothing and learned about the game and how drops and mobs function. The best gameplay experience I found was in the lvl 120-160 range. Back when low lvl PvP games were still available this was a fun time (minus the exploits for Honor, which caused it to be removed).

Peak gameplay for the game is lvl 160 imo. At this level you have content on 3 planets that is relevant for farming, questing, and as well having access to 2 of the 4 dungeons. You have Oblivion Temple in Junon still relevant to farm. Luna Temple and Luna Clanfields still relevant to farm, and all of Eldeon. A lvl 160 can be geared to the point to be almost as strong as a 250.
It’s just sad people rushed to the end and missed out on all the things you can do at lower levels.

Too much of the game is also driven by greed and this ruins the experience and gameplay for most as well. We should be playing together and helping each other but nah, it’s just battle for the most Zulie or whatever points to be the best like no one ever was.

The dev team have shown great progress on their work to improve the game and I’m looking forward to the future changes.

Take your time, report any bugs or broken things and help make the game the best it can be!

Does anyone know? I know max stats can occur on grade 7, 8, 9 through crafting. But does max stat occur on grade 7 upon item appraisal?

And what about unique grades, can a max stat occur on a lowbie unique that you get from a low level area like aqua captain?

Max stat appraisal can only be found in dungeons and fossil sanctuary map for both blue gear and uniques from my own experience.

Yeah the Black Santa Set is the only one with stats on all of the parts.

Does it still get sub stats too? Last year I had a few pieces with substats.

I got one piece so far this time around and it had none. Probably just bad luck.

It seems like we're getting a bit lost in semantics. I was referring to base stat as the bold blue text on an item, and substat as the thin blue text on an item. I have attached some pictures to illustrate. The first picture shows my base DR without having my chestplate equipped at 835. The second picture shows my base DR with chestplate on is 976.

The dodge rate of the chestplate is 110, but 835 + 110 is only 945. However, when counting the DEX I get from the chestplate, the numbers add up.

I get 16 DEX + 5 DEX from the set combo which adds up to 21 DEX. 21 DEX translates to 31.5 DR. Now when I add up 945 + 31.5 I get my actual base dodge rate, which is 976.5 rounded down.

    Yeah.

Blue bold/thin main Stat do count as base for Stats tied to the main Stat that affect them but main Stat is capped at 425 (if you put the max amount of stat points into it) which is the base for a main Stat regardless of any further increases from blue bold/thin stats.

Are you sure Garnets don't count the base DEX stats (not substats) on your gear as well? I find it curious that, when looking at base DR, not only is the DR of the equipment itself included in the base, but also the DR I get from DEX as a base stat on the equipment piece is included.

Base stat is considered as the stats in white text. So for the gear the defense, magic defense, and dodge white text stat is applied to the character’s base stat for that stat. Any stat in blue is not considered base stat and is applied on top of the base stat.

There is no gear that gives main stats as base white text stat. The 25 main stat from the skill passives may count toward base stat making max base 450 (haven’t tested it though).

the DEX I have added to my build manually

This. Your base Stat from Str/Dex/Con/etc is calculated by how many raw stat points invested into it. 425 is the max for a stat so that would be the highest % calculator, it seems the game also rounds up as well.

So if you have max Dex stat at 425 and use a Garnet [10] with 9% +12, it will give you an overall Dex increase of 50.25.

uhm I understand, and for pvp would it be typhon, arua or lava? I intend to focus on maximum attack speed for the knight's passives, I'm unsure which ring set would be best to get a lot of damage and attack speed, if you can help me, thank you!!!!

Vagrant Accessory (Sen/Attack Power) is best for highest damage, Wanderering Accessory (Str/Accuracy) is best for accuracy and a little bit extra damage from the Str.

Alternative for damage are Hebarn/Aura Accessory.

Your passive won’t work if you can’t land hits.

Night is about 13 minutes, and day is 47 minutes. Not sure if it’s the same on all maps but I know Desert of Dead is night from xx:37 - xx:50 then day from xx:50 - xx:37.

[Ghost] Harry is hanging out to the side of the actual entrance to DoD. Talk to him and follow the dialog asking about the Grand Pumpkin. You will get the quest called "The Grand  Pumpkin's Return".  You can get the seeds from pumpkins in DoD or the ones in the pumpkin patch in Adv Plains. Be warned- this will take awhile to finish. Return to Harry with the 100 seeds and he will give you a Pumpkin Cap.  Info on the stats can be found in the first spoiler of this guide. This quest is not repeatable.

This quest is repeatable. Could have offered a unique reward outside of the Goody Bag stuff for the effort required.

One bourg aoe and all those flames go bye bye

That was pre gun buff though 🥲
Seems like gun bourg is the new thing and launcher aoe less popular.

Fire’s should be removed or limited to a max of 3 per team. Opens up gauge for clerics to use their other summons (optional). As well as lowering overall afk healing by fairly big amount and 3 flames are a lot quicker to deal with than 5-15. Although, they should gain some more Hp stat for a bit more durability in this case.

It would also be nice to have summons Hp added to the group list for ease of targeting and healing.
