I believe max levels shouldnt be able to farm junon, like cant have max level bourgs sitting at aguas waiting for king. restricting grey mob dropping might baffle the community a little, but in the long run is worth it as in the end people would go and actually create new chars to farm, helping noobs level along the way. Systematically helping the game come alive.
