Problem Opening Rose -

was working fine yesterday now when i open up rose it loads up to 99 percent and nothing so i re-installed and now im having problems with this error- " An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directorry" - 'Movefilefailed; code 5 
Access is denied" 
 

I turned off the file wall and gave it exception and this still comes up

I have the same. We have download and install the game again for the 4th time... Hopefully will last longer then a couple of days this time.

Are trose and rose-updater listed as exceptions in your antivirus and firewall?
