Support cleric setting help

I am a level 250 support cleric. It mainly hunts spiders.

Please help resolve any concerns I may have regarding the equipment.

The equipment is the Bravo set (240lv set). charm 667, move speed 962.

Boots have a damage reduction Gem added.

But should I replace my boots with Move speed GEM?

Please give me your opinion on whether it is better to just use it as is.

 

The armor is a damage reduction gem,

the backshield is a summon gem,

the magic tool is charm40, move 60, and

the rest are dodge and defense gems.
