marble and hersian where it drops?

Hersian I’ve seen drop in Eldeon. No specific mob, but I fought Pincers and Nepenthes.

I'm pretty sure I've gotten marble on Luna

The server is not down but often you will see a message saying the server is unavailable.  When that happens just close the launcher and try again until you succeed.
