I can't enter the game help

If the GM or someone else who could take the trouble to create a video tutorial to create an acc, I can't enter the game even though I've done everything I need to accept all the conditions that the page asks me for and I still can't play

Did you verify your email address?  If not, please do that then try logging in.

I am also having trouble logging in. It just says servers are unavailable and kicks me out to my desktop. Checked email and password, even reset my password and still a no go.
