Hi guys! Any help where i can get this item? It's needed to go to Orlo when your only level 180. The quest said only on goblin cave b2 but are there specific monsters that drop this? Thank you!

Any monsters in Goblin Cave regardless of B1, 2, 3 have chances to drop the said tablet.
If you decide to buy it. I'm sure you can find people vending it near Itz, on the way to NPC Jones.
