ITEMS on bought from MALL not showing on inv/storage

So I'm new to this game , I played this game way back in 06, I decided to give it another try just for nostalgia. So I bought some ROSE points and tried purchasing some cosmetic stuff on the item mall but it didn't show up on my inventory nor my storage. How can I resolve this problem. I already sent a ticket to the support group.
