Rose program will not start completely on my computer.

I installed Rose program in my computer but when i run it.  It would blink it's going to start, then close right away, and it doesn't give me any error message or anything.  I have Window 7 home edition OS with Duo Core 2.70 GHz and 4 GB of RAM.  Is there anything that would prevent Rose game from running?  I don't even see it running in my task manager.   It's like it wants to start but, it get cut off right away.    Please advice, thank you.

Windows 7 is not supported for the game, I’m sorry. You’ll have to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11.
