Lost item mall costume during most recent reset.

Hello

 

In recent reset I lost items unique skill books I got in dung runs and I lost item mall costume i bought however conveniently it did not roll back the item mall money I spent on it.

Same issue. They already replied to this topic but for the item mall items? They should refund us for it as this is real money that we're talking about. @admins

I’m sorry that your IM items were effected by this. If your IM items have disappeared, then please submit a ticket here. You will absolutely receive your points back so that you may repurchase the same item from the mall.
