When you see people in trade chat saying “buying valor points”, they don’t mean they purchase the points directly. It means you purchase a tradable item with valor points and they’ll give you zulie for it during the trade. At the moment, the only thing tradable from the valor shops are “Material” and some “Consumable” items. Weapons, Armor, Skills, and so on are not tradable. They are character locked upon purchase.
